I did not walk away at 9:04am from Costco today feeling like a valued member. Cashier Corbin P made an offhand comment about the high expense of the brand of dog food I was buying for my dog, which cause me to have to justify my purchase to Corbin P. But really, what difference does my consumer choice make to him? I am supporting him with my customer loyalty and purchases. I shop at Costco and retain membership with the understanding that I am getting a good deal because I am a consuming member of the Costco company, or at least I thought I did. My dog food choice and the expense of it is none of Corbin's business about. If anything Corbin P. should've said something like "Wow! This is expensive! Here is another store you can buy the dog food so you can save more money on your purchase." Maybe even advocating in my behalf for Costco to lower the cost of the $63.99 "Blue Dogfood" #1344105. Please let Corbin P. know that he should be helping customers feel good about their purchases, not making them feel that they should question them. Cobin P is right, I should start keeping an eye out for a cheaper place to buy my brand of dog food.

Bought a Samsung 55" TV from Costco. Purchased the extended warrantee. Turned on the TV and the left half of the screen was blacked out. TRIED to file a claim with the Allstate warrantee people. This process is totally a joke. Between unanswered phone calls and crazy instructions online, I am convinced they purposely want to discourage you and make you give up. Well, they don't know me very well. I took my purchase documentation and drove to Costco and talked with the store manager. Lo and behold, a sympathic ear. He restored my faith in people. Gave me a store credit for the full purchase price of my broken TV and I bought another one on the spot.Kudos to JoshPS. The Allstate extended warrantee isn't worth the paper it is written on.

I have never felt so racially profiled before. I went to go in line as my mom went to get stuff she forgot. The man asked to see my card as i pulled it out to scan it. He then says i can't scan my items until my mom comes and i can just wait there. As i'm waiting there there's a bunch of other people walking up and scanning there stuff and he just stands there staring at me. My mom shows up he starts scanning my items. I told him it's fine and i don't need any help he proceeds to scan my items. It was not until i started grabbing my items and scanning them myself and told him for the second time i didn't need help. He then just watches me scan everything in my item making me feel so uncomfortable.

Smart watches - return policy only 90 days regardless of how much you pay for it! Broke after 1+ year - manager refused to accept return. Originally ordered it online so he said try returning it online - they might accept it which oddly enough they did. Manager says warehouse and online are two separate entities!? Asked if Costco Citicard extends warranty - NOPE!! Costco starting to feel like every other place therefore offering no advantages for it's paid members. Rice, bread, frozen vegetables, very used vacuums, etc can be returned no problem!! But not $300 smart watch. That is a lot of money for my family to throw away!

Lodi costco tire center did an amazing job of dealing with a complicated situation today. Oliver was amazing! He has awesome customer service skills, he's kind and very knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our purchase and everyone's kindness today. We highly recommend.

Scheduled a 11:15am appt., and arrived 15 minutes early as the website requests. At 12:15pm my car was pulled into the bay for service. At 1:00pm my car was ready - 1 hour & 45 minutes for tire rotation.

The Karen working the exit door has some sort of power trip. I stepped out to take a phone call and have a cigarette while my partner was in line. I could see her from the exit. Karen wouldn't let me back in even after pointing at my partner. She said, "It's not my fault", so I told her, "No one else has a problem with me walking to the cash registers, so who's fault would it be?". We will be going to Sams Club from now on. I guess if my only purpose in life was checking receipts, I'd take it out on other people too.

What is wrong with this place??? The last few times I've been in here the cashiers are so dang grumpy. NICK our cashier today was just a ray of sunshine. He acted like we were inconveniencing him by checking out. The gal folding clothes just kept folding as I'm next to her trying to grab a size. Then she looked at me like I shouldn't be there and be in her way. I had to say sorry and excuse me please. Maybe start hiring people that know what good customer service is and can keep a smile on their face. All of these miserable people that work here need to go. It's bringing your company down. If your prices weren't so good I'd cancel my membership. So in reading more of the bad reviews there are a few more that name NICK. Maybe it's time for him to get a review and be put on some kind of probation until he cleans his act up. Do better NICK!! Or save us the abuse and quit.
