You'd expect a multi billion dollar company to have functioning restrooms. Living in America it's amazing, walking into such a successful business and being told by someone who barely speaks English "bathrooms no working".

whenever I go here the card reader doesn't work and I have to spend a few minutes before I give up and go in. Which seems insignificant but when it's nearly every single time this happens it gets annoying. But this isn't the reason for a poor review I understand that these things happen and I don't blame the gas station or employees for it. my problem lies with taco truck that is normally in the lot. It always has cars and crowd of people standing in the way of the cars trying to get out or into the gas station.

the manager who runs the car wash is an asocial idiot. this man does not know the first thing about customer service. absolutely rude. if you want a car wash that provides good customer service, no extra add ons to your vehicles, good vacuums and an outstanding monthly subscription price (its cheaper and offers more amenities) head over to quick quack car wash by the sprouts grocery store (not sponsored)

BEST Touchless wash around. The quality I’m used to getting from a Touchless wash. This one actually gets your car CLEAN!Unlike several other stations (Shell) that have a Touchless option, ($16) but they don’t use adequate soap nor are the jets powerful enough. Yes, $16 and you are still made to rely on rubber brushes that leave scratches all over you car and rip off mirrors and trim. They don’t use enough soap, if any at all, and the dryer shuts of early.Don’t waste your money at any other gas station wash. Thank you for having an affordable wash ($9 for the ultimate) that actually does the job!!

I use to love going and getting gas in the morning. There use to be a beautiful brunet, kinda tall, probably 21 years old. But she isn't there anymore... I think some sick people are kidnapping attractive ladies around Lodi.

I wanted to join the monthly car wash membership plan. I went inside and the nice girl stated I must go through the car wash and then talk to the car wash manager. The car wash is separate from Chevron. So I must buy a car wash to obtain information....LOL. I played the game. The 'manager' stated he need a lot of what I consider 'private' information told him 'no'. Here is the car info and my email. You do not need my home address or phone number. He started to tell me about the 13 business he owns ( I'm impressed since he is only about 19 years old !). I told I don't care and here is the info he is getting. He gave me the sticker and I proceeded. He didn't provide instructions or any other info. Wash was so so. Nothing to brag about. I came back two days later and my info had not been entered into the computer so as I sat in line at the kiosk unable to move forward and cars were lining up behind me, the real owner comes out all pissed off. He started to berate me because I would not provide my home address and phone number. I told him that info was none of his business. I asked him for his personal home address. He would not provide it. I said he would allow me this one car wash but I needed to provide my personal info. Him in my face for over 10 minutes, After the wash, my was so pissed off, I parked my car and interrupted him as he was drying the cars. told him to stick the pass up his a*** He said I could not cancel the plan. I laughed and called my credit card company and cancelled the transaction. WOW, after reading the past 20 reviews, my experience is about the normal way this franchise does business.

We have been loyal Chevron card holders for the past 28 years. Since the day they opened we have gone there regularly to fill up our three cars. They have always had the rule of when you spend over $35 on gas you are able to get a 50% discount on your car wash if you go inside the station. After pouring $42 into my tank and thinking I was well within the discount limit, I walked inside to pay for it and the owner abruptly told me NO, you have to spend $50 to get the discount. I asked him to please extend this to me since I was a long time customer and he refused. This place is consistently rude to deal with. And this price gouge will be the last for me. We will never give them our business. Horrible service. I will be calling chevron headquarters to complain! I do not recommend doing business at this station....

We have been using our Chevron card for 35yrs as Chevron has always provided excellent customer service. However, this establishment is very unprofessional and has poor customer service. As a frequent customer with 3 cars, when I pay $70 dollars to fill up one of my cars, I believe I should be able to utilize their vacuum service for free. It is unfortunate that the manager is more concerned about a 2 minute vacuum service than keeping a long standing customer with 3 cars that require $70 each time to fill. I will be taking my service elsewhere.

As others have mentioned they treat you like you are stealing their Vacuums. I never leave reviews but I was so mad at their service I am doing it for them. My 10 year old daughter and I get gas filling up my tank then buy a car wash. I then drive over to the vacuums and my daughter and I start to vacuum my car. I am bending down in my car and some man not even in a chevron shirt comes up right behind me. I honestly was scared. Some creep sneaking up on a women and her child. He then says I have to buy a Car wash first. I tell him I already bought a car wash what are you talking about. He then makes me find my receipt and show him my receipt. Absolutely terrible, you are losing a customer over a vacuum service and treating people like they are stealing the use of your vacuums that hardly even work anyways. Never have had any car wash service do that. If I could give less than one star I would. I will never go back there for car wash or gas again.

I went in to buy gas at 9 pm, a hispanic female was sitting there talking to her boyfriend while a nice Indian/Pakistani guy was doing all the work himself dealing with a long line of customers
