Very rude owner I came in trying to install some tires that i had purchased from online they said they didn’t have time yet all 3 of there employees where just sitting around where the garage door was open I asked when will there be openings and the owner said “Idk when” so ask again should i come back tomorrow after he replied “no”
and i said why? He said “we don’t want to install your own tires” in guess they don’t want money!

This is a great place for tires and many car needs. They are always honest about what my car needs and do a high quality job for a fair price. I always recommend them to my family and friends as well as take my vehicles, my small travel trailer and boat trailer for maintenance and tires. Highly recommend!

Whoever I spoke to this morning on the phone has the worst customer service, he asked me what brand, unfortunately I did not know and said I had the size number and hit me with a smart remark “well the size doesn’t tell me the brand but I’ll check”. Ridiculous.

We had a great experience with Dennis and company. They were fast, friendly, professional, and went out of their way to get me out of a jam. I had lost a wheel off a 2-wheel trailer on the 99 North. Three hours at Bruce’s and we were back on the road. Amazing. They even made a follow up phone call the next day.

Bruce's Tire is by far the best place to buy your tires here in Lodi. Not only are the employees knowledgeable, they are polite thorough and excellent at advising what product your car needs. I very much appreciate Kim and Dennis specifically as I know nothing about tires and they always kindly answer any questions I have (since I know zero about tires this is outstanding) make safe a reliable suggestions and I feel 100% safe with their expertise. Thank you for everything you do.

Referred by a long time trusted place that my family has always taken their cars and I’m so grateful. They took in my vehicle right away and gave me all the info I have been looking for so my car could be properly serviced. The prices were very reasonable and I was very happy with how much better my car was running.

My son had a flat tire on his lifted truck. Yes, he has special tires, but no one wanted 2 sell us just 1 tire, not even 2. The places we called said he had 2 buy 4, and it would take 3-4 weeks to get them, and cost over $2500. We don't have that kind of money. A friend told us about Bruce's tires. Omg!!! What a fantastic place. So helpful, friendly and kind!!! They ordered us 2 and had them in 2 days. The price was even better. U have a customer for life!!!

I went in to get a tire mounted on my vehicle and wanted to purchase a 2nd tire same brand so they can match. The man at the counter looked at the tire I had and said they couldn't order that brand tire, no prob so I bought my own tire from (amazon). took both tires in to get mounted. Same man that helped me before ....we are too busy come back in 3 days. not to worry you will never get my business again.
