Bought a flip phone 4 years ago for my brother who is in an Adult cae center.
Bought activation on line after I called customer service, who assured me no problem with activation. Phone would not activate.
I was told it was too old and doesn't accept the new network.
They refused to give me a refund or replacement.
I highly recommend, DO NOT conduct business with Boost Mobile. Try MetroPCS instead.

Nice people but very little inventory, stopped in to find charging accessories for my phone and didn't exactly find what I wanted. The owner said they had been there for 33 years! Wow long time, maybe they need more business? Stop in if you can very friendly and worth a look.

Kinda difficult to get into and out of the parking lot, but overall they were nice when I walked in and more than happy to help me pay my bill...BUTTTTTT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE BOOSTMOBILE IN STOCKTON OFF OF PERSHING!!! THEY only open when they want and I had to drive all the way to Lodi to go pay my bill smfh!!!

So, I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. My fault, I get that. I'm not sure if it's Boost policy, but I had to file an insurance claim online. Any other provider would have replaced the phone at the store. It just seemed like that store was being lazy.
