Fantastic customer service. When my doctor's office was dragging there feet on refilling my RX, the Blue Shield rep called them (with me on the line) and asked them what the hold-up was; even waited on the phone until she could see the nurses request in the system. No other Insurance company has ever done this!

Too expensive for insurance and the customer service is not pleasant they treated me like if I was getting insurance for free 870 usd of paid insurance in 4 months not worth it.
