Seems to me that a place would want to have their actual business hours posted on the internet so that people don't see the incorrect business hours and go to the trouble of bribing the large dog to come for a pedicure only to be shot down at the checkered flag. If the dog doesn't resent you for that move, I am peeved for him. Shame on you, with your great business name and your filthy lies about when you're open. .... unless you did say and I just didn't read it right who knows. I'm pretty sure it's your fault.

the groomer does excellent work.. the guy who works in the front is very rude and basically doesn't want clients.

We love Colleen & Joe! They are the best. Joe always takes great care of our appointments and ensures his next appointment is all set and ready to go. Colleen is amazing at what she does and our baby Waffles always looks so great! We always get compliments when we take him out. Thank you so much !

On two separate occasions and with two separate dogs this place refused to cut their nails because the dogs were both slightly nervous and one had a small accident in the lobby while waiting. If you have dogs that are nervous to have their nails cut or aren't "perfect" this business is NOT the place to go. You'd be better off just about anywhere else.

My dogs do not like their nails cut. But this is the only place that I can take them because they use a dermal rather than nail clippers. Fast and fantastic service. Every time I drive up here from LA to Lodi I take my dogs for their nail clippings.

Super traumatic experience. I was so excited when I saw they trim nails from 11-2pm every day but then once I got there, they came outside on the sidewalk with the nail trimmer and of course my dog freaked out. He freaked out so much that he slipped out of his prong collar and it scratched my leg. Then he was loose on the sidewalk in downtown Lodi because they wouldn't trim his nails inside and these dog grooming "professionals" just watched me struggle and didn't help. My dog has gotten his nails trimmed at PetSmart all the time but they couldn't fit him in today so I thought I'll try a local place. No way. So unprofessional. I'm so upset at how this went for a simple nail trim.

I was reading the reviews and they seemed like this is a good business, so I decided to call and see if I could make an appointment. I was rudely answered by a gentleman on the phone and I asked to book a hair cut appointment and he said they were booked out until the end of the year. He sounded frustrated and was rude. That's not how you talk to customers but to each their own. Never booking with them.

Took my puppy Max for his full service groom today. First time coming here and was very pleased with the service. He came out looking so handsome and smelled so good. He was happy when I picked him up. Highly recommended!!!

This is my new favorite locally-owned business. During CoVid, seeing how smaller businesses were impacted far worse than big box national chains, we made a commitment to shop small & support local (even if it costs a smidge more). Our little ODIE was due for a nail trim. I had tried weeks prior and the poor guy was hating me. I was hating me. That's where Colleen comes in! Quick walk-in nail trim. ODIE had NO problem being handed over the gate to her. She started with the electric nail file and I started to think 'oh no, the prior big-box groomer said ODIE hated the electric nail file... wait, he's fine?!? He's happy. He's not moving and she's getting it done fast! Wow, ODIE trusts her!' Colleen was right. My dog knew that I wasn't confident in trimming his nails... and I could see ODIE being extremely calm with Colleen. It was crazy. I have a happy dog. So glad to have met Colleen and looking forward to being a customer for a long time.
