I order on DoorDash quite frequently from all over and whenever I end up ordering from here I get random things I didn’t order. I’ve learned they get my order right maybe 20% of the time and when they do something along the lines of leakage and spillage - not to mention that same stuff happening even when they don’t get the order right. Putting drinks all together in a paper bag so it leaks all over the drivers car and tears through the bags….and that’s when they get the orders right! I’ve tried giving them multiple chances but every time is a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble and head to the one over east closer to Highway 99. Especially if you have kids - unless you enjoy explaining why even though Mom said we can have ice cream, the ladies at Baskin Robbins said “sure have someone else’s crushed cup of cream cream or just you get nothing we even added some almonds to help with that allergy of yours so if you eat it you die!”

the store closed at 10pm I arrived at 9:20pm and asked for a milk shake the attendant told me he wasn't going to make my milk shake because all the blenders were already clean and off

All info we could find on shoo in Lakewood Mall Lodi says shop closed at 10:00pm. went by there at 9:25 pm tonight and workers closing up and just ignoring us and other people trying to get in to purchase ice cream won't be going back.

this is a one star review because of my experience, with the girl that was working. she did not have joyful customer service, luckily I got her name which was hanna. she asked if we wanted anything else with attitude, three of us standing there and only ordering one thing so far, we said yes and she rolled her eyes, not just once but multiple times. although there was a gentlemen working and had delightful customer service and a hard worker. I didn't catch his name and was unable to tip him
