Over 30 days they said 1,2 week my truck would be fix after 30 days no diagnostic provided to LKQ for engine warranty over the phone 2 weeks ago Jose said my engine was broke but no proof I drove my truck there because white smoke coming out the tail pipe,the past two weeks they do not answer my calls I call sometimes 1 to 2,3 times a day, very unprofessional and losing money I need to rent a car from a friend,my truck is not in the repair phase only diagnostic phase in 30 days!I found this shop on Google I seen a 4 star rating and tons! Of women giving good feedback unfortunately I can not say the same at this moment it is looking really horrible and unprofessional and especially with laws in California protecting consumers against small businesses taking advantage of customers!

As always I have found their work on my car timely, well done and at a reasonable cost. I won't go anywhere else. Auto Pros Repair has service my car for brakes, oil, engine, electrical, AC and always with pride in their work!

Took my car for the second time thinking it would be the same great experience I had the first time. That wasn’t the story at all. This time I needed someone to fix the gas gauge that some one at night broke into & took all my gas. I was told it would be done in a couple hours & had to continually call to know any update on the car. The business didn’t show any sense of urgency to call me back to even give any update & needed to be left for one day. The only reason why I knew after business hours the update on my car was because I had someone else call for me and see they had any luck in getting a hold of someone. The next following day receiving the car back the full interior & exterior was full of cat prints and bunch of fur all over the seats, dashboard, & steering wheel. Once I was able to finally get a hold of the owner once again he apologized and said he left the doors open throughout the night & the cats walked in the car. Unknowing that my car wasn’t even locked or showed any care for my car makes me think twice before taking it to this place. I wished this business was consistent with their customers, showed a sense of urgency to the customer and car. That being said I’m taking my business somewhere else.

I enjoy how at auto pros repair they don’t turn you away for being busy! They make time and get your car what it truly needs. I got 4 brand new tires and have been having issues with my oil leaking from my car. Jose has much experience with cars and knew just what my car needed to resolve the issue. They have all the latest technology in properly diagnosing your car! Most importantly, great prices. I appreciate all the help at Auto pros repair and will continue to get all my car maintenance/needs! Even during Covid times the guys wear masks and sanitize there hands throughout their busy day. ?
