“Went to get a set up for my alternator for my LS swap for my international scout 67 800 turns out the young fellow that was helping me had international truck with the same 350 block I put in mine he was very helpful and we talked for about a half hour about each other's cars very respectful help me with what I needed definitely will be going back. Also pretty much they have almost everything you have to get on the internet locally it's a little bit more than online but it's there and convenient for the customer. “Had a refrigerator replaced in my class A motorhome AC / LP unit weighing 233 lbs. A window has to be taken out to remove and install the monster fridge. They gave me an appointment which was not too far out like most RV shops in the area. All work performed with no mess. Perfect installation and completed witin one week. Don Silvey is the best and entire staff very friendly and professional.I highly recommend this facility for RV repair and collision work . Went with an abortion AC/LP very expensive refrigerator which they allowed to be shipped directly to them.”

“First time buying a vehicle from Sanborn. Our experience started when my wife stopped by last week to see a specific vehicle. Kevin showed her the car, answered her questions, and let her take a test drive. His demeaner was warm and inviting. We returned yesterday so I could drive the car. Kevin wasn't in so Erick helped us out. He was also warm and inviting. At no time did we feel like we were being rushed or hustled. I made a single offer that I felt was reasonable. I also told him I wasnt a buyer for any additional products. Erick got the deal approved in minutes and Manny in finance did not try to upsell me on anything. It was one of the smoothest auto purchase transactions I've been through. Total time from test drive to contract was about 2 hours. We saw other vehicles at other dealerships for less money but Kevin's positive first impression stuck and we decided we wanted to try and make a deal at Sanborn. Thanks again to Kevin, Erick, and Manny for a great experience.”

“I haven’t been in this store sense it restarted I guess maybe 2or3 years! I was in a pinch and needed a quart of oil very responsive courteous
Then about to weeks later stop back by for some hubcaps for Honda civic again very responsive after finishing helping a customer before me! She didn’t know I was watching her, and noticed how professional and respectful, making her customer feel good while leaving, and again I was treated the same way! I came for hubcaps, decided wait!
Her response was if there anything else I can help you, purchase some wax “Great costumer service”
