Alfonso is very, very rude! And the manager was no help. I was crabby because my phone kept locking and they weren't listing that I never set a pin number. TRY LISTENING! 2nd time! Customer service sucks like you Alfonso! FU!

Before Christmas I bought a lightning cable for a gift. I told my sales person it was to charge my husband's iPhone. She produced an item she said would be best but did not ask me for details about how I would use it and in my Christmas rush I didn't look too carefully at it until after the Christmas holidays were over. It turned out to be an extra heavy duty 8ft long cord that did not work well (it had to be plugged into the phone one way or it just did not charge). No worries I thought - I'll just exchange it. Oh no - it turns out that there is a strict 14 day return policy - and Christmas is no exception. When I explained why there was a delay I was told the manager might help. At first he shook his head and said no exceptions and when I said that I thought others should be cautioned about Christmas shopping there he changed his mind. Then he said he would have helped but since I was reviewing my experience he couldn't. I felt as if he was saying I would be punished for reviewing the store. He said that the 14 day policy was clear on the back of the receipt and that they were transparent about their policy. I looked at the receipt when I got home (using a magnifying glass) and it says "returns or exchanges accepted within 14 OR 30 days" since mine request was between these two, it does not seem very crystal clear to me. It doesn't matter though because it also says my purchase could be subject to up to a 55$ restocking fee (more than it cost). The saddest thing is that I have been an ATT customer for more than 40 years and this little thing has me seriously thinking about another carrier. I would be very careful shopping here. Know what you want and stop to read the back of your receipt (oh wait you don't get that until it's too late) - well - ask lots of questions. Better yet head across the parking lot and get a kinder more informed experience at STAPLES.

Josh is amazing... the manger Jaun did not port my phone correctly and 3 days later I was ready to cancel all together because Jaun and all 3 reps I talked to on the phone could not figure out how to fix it. Josh went above and beyond to figure out the problem and resolve it. Kudos Josh

I spent a 1/2 an hour in the store. Setting up a auto pay to find out it was never done. I've been with AT&T for 15 years and they would not even take the charge off. $35 for being a couple days late is horrible.

Had an amazing experience today with Marc. He was able to get us everything we needed within a reasonable time frame and an even more reasonable price. He was extremely patient the whole time, and him and his new manager Noe were constantly checking in and going over all details and costs to ensure we were satisfied and left happy. We are extremely appreciative of todays service.

The worst place for service they will sell you a plan with wrong address a crate a new account with out your permission and then you will have to pay for the phone to get out of the scam

If Juan is the person who helps you, leave or ask for someone else. He is nice and conversational, but that comes at the expense of attention to detail. He will order the wrong phone and then the store is not able to cancel the order which means you have to wait for it to be delivered to your home before you can return it and get what you actually wanted. Maybe it’s on me for not checking and verifying, but he seemed like he knew what he was doing and even pointed out the correct cases for the phones we wanted, yet he still ordered the wrong model. Now we get to wait an extra week and two more trips to the store to correct a mistake that shouldn’t have happened. The manager was no help either when we went back to cancel the order and order the correct phones.

Wasted my time and offered no solutions to my issue. I was going to upgrade my phones and extend my contract. Blew me off like I was a pest. Headed to Verizon. I was with ATT for 25 years.

I went in to see about getting an upgrade, Rod was very kind and helpful. I was actually looking for T-Mobile and my guidance took me to AT&T which was a very pleasant experience. It didn't take long as it was the end of my day and I got my new phone and changed from T-Mobile to AT&T
