Extremely under staffed. Waited nearly a hour before I was helped. There was only 1 person working on a SATURDAY! When I did get assisted, staff was very kind.Additionally, no new iPhones on display.

Daniel Gonzales helped us, and he was an absolutely incredible person to work with. He was patient and so thorough, we all purchased new phones and he walked us through all steps and helped us upgrade our account and switch over a user as well. We will be going back to Daniel in the future for all our needs! Best interaction in an Att store ever.

I work just across the freeway and have been to this ATT store numerous times. Today I stopped by as my charger stopped working and I needed to purchase a new one. I found the charger I needed and stood around trying to pay for it. The two sales associates were busy helping other customers. I waited for 20 minutes to try and pay for an item but had no success. Another customer walked in who was also waiting with me. After 20 minutes we both left. My advise is if you have a simple sale to make then excuse yourself from the customer that is taking you 45Minutes to ring up an item. It's a no brained. Next time I will drive the extra miles to avoid this store.

This place exceeds beyond my expectations. I took my dad here based on the Yelp reviews on a lady named Vanessa. He needed a new phone because his old phone broke. We were greeted right when we walked in. The young lady that greeted us was very informative, kind, and most importantly, she was very patient!! My dad does not speak English very well and she was there to help him from start to finish. As when we were walking out, I asked her for her name. Surely it was Vanessa!!! This AT&T place did an excellent job to have hired a person like Vanessa! Highly highly recommend this AT&T store.

The employees at this store in Reynolds Ranch Parkway/Lodi are professional, upbeat, knowledgable and very attentive to customer needs and concerns. New service with AT&T after 12 years with another carrier, yet BEST decision. I am an AT&T customer for as long as they have me. Thank you Mia! Thank you Store Manager, I forgot her name. Discounts are so appreciated Awesome team!

A big shout out to Ramon and Vanessa who both helped us upgrade our phone. Bit of an emergency as the phone we had just started malfunctioning. We were in and out in record time, and got the deal we wanted as well. We had the phone, the data was transferred and the screen protector was installed in record time. And we were able to take advantage of some nice deals as well. Both so very helpful, and we and our family will definitely go back there for our phone needs

Worst branch ever , i wanted to get a sim card for my dad ,and the girl she scaned the phone and told me this phone will work for our sim card and i paid $50 she place it in and didnt work and she said nothing i can do for you u have to call the customer service to active for you , i called them next day and they confirmed with me that the girl was wrong and sim card is not compatible with the phone and i have to go back to the shop and get refunded , i went back and they said they will deposit it to my att account the next day and they took the sim card .Next day nothing happened and today after a week i went back and the girl said tomorrow we will do it for you , i told her i want it today because i cant keep coming back for the same issue , she start working on it and she said there is nothing we can do for you we cant deposit it to ur att account , i tried to call customer services but they was already closed . And i now have to call customer services again tomorrow and put them on the phone and go again to the store to finish everything. They dont respect people time and it is their fault from the begining and they didnt even gave me the sim card back.Its not about money now , its about how i was disrespected and how unprofessionally and careless they are , im very disappointed.
