After picking up my car it was noted that a personal item of mine had been accidentally broken. After finding this out, Brian called me from the shop and was willing to replace the item. I brought the item in and they were able to fix it. This company not only did an awesome on my car but the follow through was even better! I highly recommend this company for your auto body needs!

5 stars!! Dan is solid guy! Went above and beyond every step of the way to get my truck done in time. Not a shop in Lodi that could of done what they did with the time they had. Worst facility ever. Brought my car in on March 2nd for a dent repair to a door which ended up needing replaced as well as the corner panel. This process has taken 13+ weeks and I have never received one call from the body shop through the whole process. Then they painted my car the wrong color had to redo that. Then we went to pick up the car finally and the car door light was on and they have to fix that. I would recommend them to nobody ever on any occasion as they do not keep in contact help you through the process or care about you or your vehicle. My photo denotes the minor damage that's taking this long.

Went to them to repair my passenger window mechanism and was greeted by Don who took a look to assess the repair and was pleasantly surprised. He explained that they could do the repair but the wait could take a number of days, so he recommended another local auto glass company whom he highly regarded as they could get the repair done sooner. You see, my window was stuck halfway open. Who does that?? Did as he suggested and my window was repaired the next day.

My SUV was hit and this has been the BEST experience for repairs I have ever had. Polite, professional, and timely. Was emailed full estimate within 2 hours of getting it looked at. Was advised of the timeline to get parts, and make repairs. All done exactly as promised. Looks brand new again!!!! They also were considerate enough to call ahead of it being ready to be picked up so we could make arrangements. It was not only washed, but completely detailed inside and out. This is the best auto body repair!!!!!!!! 10/10!!!!
