Wonderful experience boarding our cat Casper at Allen’s Pet Resort.
The facilities are clean and smell very clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. They knew the pets by name and had a personal knowledge of each one. Our Casper was board for 6 days and when we called to check on him, each time they made an effort to give us an accurate update on how our fur baby was doing. We also appreciated the reasonable priced rates.

Have boarded my dog here several times and I've had no issues. He knows when we get there and he enjoys the staff. I will continue to use their service.

We've been going to Allen's for a decade or so. During that time we've had 8 dogs groomed there. Gina is phenomenal!! The staff are great too! We have/had dogs ranging from giant to miniature, many with health issues and they always accommodate our boys. They are treated with the utmost care and always come back to us looking and smelling fantastic.
During COVID there was a mix-up and I thought they closed so we started using a local groomer. Every time our dog with allergies and hip dysplasia came back red on the underside of his torso and in obvious extra pain for a couple of days. Never have those issues at Allen's! ❤️?

Awesome place, this was my first experience in leaving our two year old husky. My daughter was having a heart procedure in San Francisco and I had no options for caring for the dog six days. I was stressing over both the dog and my daughter. All went well. Allen's pet resort was a great choice. Accommodating and friendly staff. Very affordable and stress free environment for the dog. Additionally, they offer grooming and bathing services. They exercise your pet and give it attention. I recommend this facility to anyone and I will be using Allen's again for future follow-up appointments without worry. Thank you Allen's.

I have been taking my 8 year old Female jack Russell here for over 10 years when i have to travel, as long as your pet have their necessary vaccines your good to to go, the place is clean and very well run, my dog looks forward going there!!

This place is awesome! Been taking my dogs here for years and you can tell they truly care about the animals. I live in Elk Grove but prefer to make the trip to drop our dogs off here when we go on vacation bc they are simply the best.

Allen’s saves us when we’re in a pinch. We always feel confident that our dog, Millie will be happy and well- cared for. The staff is always happy, polite and excited to see her.

Allen’s Pet Resort took great care of our 2 dogs! The dogs were well cared for and they were happy to see us at the end of their stay, but not stressed out. I will use Allen’s again without a worry!
