I went to the store and was talked into buying a Harris torch package. The torch failed and leaked the very first time I used it. I went back to using my Victor to finish the job. I called the store and told them of my dilemma. They told me to bring it in for an exchange. I drove two hours round-trip to only be told that that was Harris’s call. I told them what kind a policy of return is this! It was used one time and now I have to wait. A week later I called and my new torch is there. Can they mail it to me so I don’t have to drive two hours?. No you have to sign a paper. Why don’t you text me a picture of it I will sign it take a picture and send it back to you so that you can mail it to me. Neal. the manager says no they can’t do that sorry for the inconvenience. This is why we buy things on Amazon . I really questioned them about the quality of Harris and against my better judgment I purchased it. With this type of return policy and customer service, I won’t be using them again .

Nice people. Better than California welding supply. More selection and the sales people don't have a"you don't know anything addittud" just a poor addittud all around.

I wish I was able to give this store a 5. The guy working the counter, Ramon, is a great guy! very knowledgeable, very helpful, a real man of his word, every single time I've interacted with him, he's gone above and beyond to help me out, BUT! The manager, or as I like to call him "the hobbit", has no clue how to interact with people and isn't knowledgeable about the industry or his own customers accounts WHAT SO EVER! He is rude both in person as well as over the phone. I've lived in this town for 35 years and the general opinion of this guy amongst our community is the same. Take my advise, either only request to deal with Ramon or go to California welding... trust me!

Just because you say please when you ask me if I can hold doesn't mean you don't have to wait for me to agree. Super rude. Also, when you promise a pickup time please be sure you can make that time. I held a forklift onsite over a holiday weekend at my expense so we could load your bottles and then you couldn't be there to make your pickup? Lame....

If you thought old management was bad this new "manager" is a tool a total idiot he couldn't find my account to begin with than when one of his employees found it for him he couldn't find any of the things I wanted and was all pissy because it was 15 min to 5:00 and he had to close he tried to charge me double for my welding gas. Trust me California welding down the road gives much better service.
