We rented here for a few months as we needed some storage space when we moved. We picked this place because the prices and hours were better than other places we looked at. The manager was nice/helpful when we forgot our gate card and was quick to respond. The facility has 24hr security which was also nice. Overall I liked our experience and would be back again when we need the space.

Buy units from auction and they steal them from you. Bad business, worse location.

Charlie has been soooo very nice to me, as I have had my storage with her for quite awhile. It's clean the grounds are clean, safe and camera monitored. Rent is within my price range.

This facility is great. It's has around the clock security. Manager lives on site. Reasonable prices.

I rented here for two months and I know the new management personally. The storage place is 24/7 security surveillance and always gated which is very nice because we all know the area is not the safest, sadly. I never had any issues here and we were happy with the prices which were perfect for our budget. I also know the Tawnee Gay Moore reviewer and how she used to date the older gentleman running the place and has been throwing a tantrum since they broke up months ago. She has since then harassed management and damaged property(ran a truck into the building) so maybe that's the damage she is talking about. I see she also made multiple accounts and used the name of the owner to leave another bad review further down. It's disappointing to see and I hope others are not dissuaded by her immaturity.

This facility is great. It's has around the clock security. Manager lives on site. It's sad that some of the reviews are from tenants that were evicted because the facility doesn't tolerate drug use, loitering and the fact that these adults couldn't follow simple rules.

A Mini Storage Lodi needs to update their photos! This is not what the property at A Mini Storage looks like today. New management took over at the end of 2015. They raised rent on all units but did nothing as far as maintenance. All the mice and rats came back, there is garbage everywhere. The manager is lazy and does not care. She still there today and the facility is a real rats nest.Here are before pictures 2010-2015. I will post updated pictures soon.

Rented here for a few months when we needed the space. The manager was helpful and informative. I liked that its gated and has 24/7 camera security. Would use again.

the rude you're not allowed to go through your stuff they're all you're allowed to do is put it there and let it sit there their service is rude it's hard to get in and out of the gates cuz half the time to get cards don't work
