Never will I be returning to bring my dog here again.. I ask for them to trim her hair up and trim her nails. And they shaved her.. I am so upset as it is cold outside and it is not what I asked for.. she was also there for 5 HOURS!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE..

Our cuties love Malia she has such attention to detail and instruction of what they need,the previous time (diff groomer) was not so great Bu this time they got their usual Malia back and look at the results I highly recommend you request your exact groomer!! She remembers Spike & Canela and even takes notes! She is awesome and super sweet! Thank You!!

Actually, I give these groomers 4.5 stars their service was excellent and our dog is as good as I’ve ever seen given to him in the past three years we are very pleased and we have already made an appointment to come back next time. Thank you for great service.

I took my dog here and he left with ptsd after he was there for 7. After my wife made a review the owner left a message on her review that wasn't relevant or true to what actually happened. I don't know why she acted like they reached out to us and talked to us because we never received a call about what happened. I wouldn't trust these people to hold a dollar let alone to groom my dog. I will never return again and if you care about your dog I would suggest you don't either.

I really like Malia she takes care of my Mayzee when she is there getting cleaned up. She knows exactly how to do her hair & she looks so cute when I pick her up. Thank you Malia.

They gave my Yorkie a terrible cut, they clipped his ears, the cut on his face was fatal, when he complained, they tried to fix it but obviously... in this case, what went wrong from the first moment remains bad, and the answer is that all they could do is give 5 dollars off for the next cut, which of course won't be there, very disappointed in the service.

Took our small dog there and the dog came back traumatized and has been having bouts of anxiety for the last five days. I honestly feel that some impatient groomer treated her badly. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

I took my dog there once, and she came back with her hair burnt And we never took her back. Then my aunt took her dog and she is now severely traumatized. She can’t pick her dog up without her screaming and crying, she’s now having constant seizures, and she just lays there, depressed, sad, and like they broke her spirit. We don’t know what they did to her, but she wasn’t like this before she went in. Not happy with this place at all.

I'm sorry to say this place was great to my dog but not this time they didn't cut his face right long hair and uneven and they didn't cut the thum nails on my dog when I asked why he looks bad they said he bit and was not good they knew to put harness on his face and he only dose this at there place my dog don't bit no one I will never go back here ever they are so rude tha way they talk to you and treat your dogs play is nasty druty and not clean

Don't let the outside full you. This is a great place to take your fur baby's. My 14 yr old blind 1 eyed deaf shitzu loves it here. It's the only place she likes to go. She gets excited every time we get in the car to go. The staff is fantastic and caring. I never feel bad about leaving here. I know she is well taken care of when she is there. She comes home always well groomed I have never had a bad groom when taking her there. If all of this wasn't enough there always accommodating most times if they can they will try and get you in the same day. And they don't take all day either.

I do not recommend this business. They completely lack communication and follow through. Here is my story. I had an appointment scheduled, left work midday to drop off my pup. I arrived at the location to find a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed. When I finally got a call back from a person about two days later, they apologized for the mix up and helped me make a new appointment. Not a big deal then, I get that stuff happens. Fast forward 2 weeks later (that was the soonest they could get us back in). I left work midday again for my new appointment. Upon arrival I was told they were overbooked, and they refused to service my dog, even though I had an appointment. The staff began to complain in front of me about how late they would need to stay to finish the dogs they currently had. I will never be going back and recommend you find a different business to service your dog.
