New management is the best! Much better than the lady, Jessica, at the front before. Theyre much more attentive, tolerant, and explain a lot better. This place really needed that positive change.

I didn’t want to give a star but only way to leave a review.
It was great before the ownership changed
It’s still called A&A mini storage but with the new owners they added fees to existing rental agreements hoping that you wouldn’t notice when they sent mailed copies out.
Can’t make over the phone payments without an additional $20 fee.
But the website to make a payment it’s set up to accept credit card payments.
Removed all belongings from their location and had to track down office personal to let them know storage units were now vacant.
I no longer recommend this storage facility.
Before I would’ve given them 5 stars and would have recommended them to friends and family. I had been using the storage facility since 2010 left this year 2024.
But obviously this is just my personal opinion.

We’ve stored our RV at A&A Mini storage for about 3 years now. We absolutely like & Appreciate that Jessica lives there onsite. She’s always very friendly, helpful & available to us if we had questions. Customer Service is 5 Star. We would definitely recommend this storage facility to our family & friends.

Clean, safe, and centrally located storage facility. Easy access to highway 99, they even have a dump station and you can wash your RV and boat there. The manager, Jessica is very attentive, thorough, and keeps the facility very tidy. Highly recommend!

Great place to store our Rv. Very clean, bright at night . Jessica the manager was so helpful and kind, she really helped get everything set up nicely for us. Also LOVE how someone lives on site for extra security.

I went to A&A Mini Storage because I'd heard good things about it around town. The manager lady Jessica was, kind, polite, professional, and very helpful. She showed me my unit and actually let me pick from 2. I had a very positive experience with Jessica,. The unit and complex were neat and tidy. What more can I say. Thanks Jessica

Friendly customer service and clear, reasonable policies. Renting a unit was fast and easy, and they offer affordable rates with insurance included which I appreciate. Unit was clean and property looks secure. Overall great experience! | Grace&Jacob/Unit #462

She was nice, courteous and done everything. In a nice professional manner, the office was clean. The storage room was clean ready for me to put my stuff in which I appreciate I had a very good experience overall. And as for the price, it was very, very reasonable. It's secure reminder, it's kind of locked gate that only you know what the combination is unless you give it out.I had a very, very good experience with them. And I just started.

Clean, safe and family friendly. Management is on-site and available weekdays from 9 to 5. Tenants are afforded later hours. 7 days a week from 7 to 7, even on holidays. Everyone seems quite happy here, its a great place to store or park
