They have phone numbers to call customers, but do not call! My 80-year-old mother called in her prescription on Monday. On Friday, 5 days later, when she went to pick them up, they told her they were declined and could not be filled. I had to contact her physician in the evening on a Friday to request refill. They granted it. When we went to Young's the next day to pick up the prescription and I asked why they did not call my mother to inform her of the decline, they said they cannot call all their customers. Not only did they not contact my mothers, they didn't not contact her physician. There was further insult to injury during this exchange, but suffice to say, incompetent and uncaring would be too kind and simple of a description for the pharmacy staff at Young's in Lockeford.

This pharmacy is incompetent. I went in to get my accutane perscription and they told me they couldn't fill it because they were having problems with ipledge. He also told me I did everything right on my side but due to a "technical issue" with the ipledge system they wouldn't give it to me. Their solution was to tell me to transfer it to another pharmacy instead of ya know actually doing their job and fixing the problem. Don't waste your time; this pharmacy sucks.

we just moved to clements 6 months ago and we love how clean the store is especially during covid. Everyone is so friendly from F & M bank, cashiers,bakery, butchers, deli and the pharmacy. Thankyou so much for making us feel safe at your store.

This pharmacy has great staff but they couldn't get my prescription filled for over a month do to it was back order. I had my doctor send my prescription to another pharmacy and I got it filled with in a few hours of them receiving it.

WORST SERVICE EVER! They make incompetent mistakes and blame the customer!! No care no empathy for a customer that is out of the medication and pharmacy will be closed for holiday weekend and customer will suffer at no fault of their own. They just do not care!!

Great....Awesome...less than 10 mins, or less waiting time. Use to be with Walgreen's, the worst place ever. Everyone that goes to Walgreen's need to change to this Pharmacy!!!

This grocery store reminds me of Bell Market which I grew up going to in San Carlos (Laurel St) and Belmont (Carlmont Shopping Center).
