I have used this vet for several years but will be looking for a new one after today. My 14.5 year old lab poodle mix is in pretty good shape. She is arthritic, trouble getting up and down. Took her for her yearly checkup At MRVS about six weeks ago. They gave her a trial of a drug to help with her arthritis. Miracle drug, she is like a pup again! $200+ for blood tests to make sure it's not harming her in some way (c'mon, she's nearly15, what's the issue here?), but ok, it helps her, I love her, pay it, move on. They give her 30 days worth of the drug for $35. I call them on a Wednesday to get the refill, going away for the weekend on Friday, need to keep her meds going. They can't get to it on Wed, so I call on Thursday, wait nearby all day (I live 25 miles away) they can't get to it. When I called to beg them to refill the prescription late Thursday, I got upset when they said they couldn't get to it. Told them I have to leave before they open tomorrow. When I laid some guilt on the gal I talked to, "you'll be leaving my 15 yo dog without these meds for several days, she will be hurting," the response was "I guess she will." The compassion of this vet clinic is lacking. Couldn't spare A few minutes to fill that prescription for the old dog, who has been a patient since she was a young dog. So disappointing. Doubling up on the Duraflex till I can get that prescription and find a better vet

Luna is now a regular here. She needs tech assistance once every few weeks and I'm happy they are reasonably priced and able to help my girl out. I recommend them

All my dogs and cats have been going there since we got them. They do a great job and the technicians are always very friendly. This last time the vet came out to talk with me since I left my phone at home. We followed covid rules even though we both had been vaccinated. It was great to be able to talk to her. Since covid though everything seems to take a lot longer. I was there over an hour even though I had an appointment. It took 2 weeks to get the appointment which is unusual too. So hopefully that will start to change.

I cannot express how grateful we are for Dr.Beth Klapstein and her team. We were out of town visitors and showed up very dramatically with our labradoodle that we thought was dying. They did not turn us away, rather, they took our precious boy and spent an entire Saturday running tests and watching over him carefully (he was ok!) Dr.Beth was so kind and fully explained everything they did to rule out all our concerns. She was so caring and the staff was as well. It was such an amazing experience on one of the scariest days of our lives! Thank you, from our whole family!

So happy with the care of my babies! Monkey was in to be neutered, they keep their kitties overbite when being fixed, which is awesome. That way coming out of anesthesia they can deal with any problems right then and there. They got my Bodie in the same day to check him out as he'd been throwing up. Got him taken care of as well. So very happy with them!!

My grandfather took his cat in because she was declining and needed to be euthanized and instead of helping him they forced him to wait outside in the heat and hide in the back of the building so that "it didnt affect the other clients" I have been in the Veterinary field for over 10 years and I understand being busy and the issue with Covid-19 right now but when a euthanasia comes in that takes precedence. You don't force a grieving family to wait like that. Not to mention she absolutely suffered and began to have seizures due the the stress, heat and her declining health condition. This was a moment that can never be changed and will always stay with us. We brought her to the vet for help and compassion and all we got was watching her suffer and die in my grandfather's arms. Absolutely heartbreaking and unnecessary. I am so disheartening and ashamed of my fellow veterinary field businesses, you don't treat clients this way.

They are awesome ! Their staff is knowledgeable, kind and ready to help with what ever need arises . The veterinarians are thorough , caring and obviously care about the patients as well as the owners and take the time to follow through to see weather or not a treatment they have recommended is working . During a routine checkup our doctor saw a small black spot on the soft pallet of my Bengal mix's mouth . It turned out to be a sewing needle ! If she hadn't have seen that tiny dot Mariel might have suffered dire consequences . She had given no indications of pain or discomfort and I wouldn't have known . Amber is especially patient with me when I call to get food . I wholeheartedly recommend MRVS for their prices, quality of service and most of all , the fact that they love what they do and truly care about their patients .

Dr. Webster is the consummate professional. Detail oriented, and comprehensive, while never foregoing compassion. She chose the field of veterinary medicine because she loves animals, specifically livestock, and it shows. Optimal care and follow through with a straight forward approach, Dr Webster has the unique ability to communicate in terms the animal owner comprehends with the end goal being the animals well being and good health. We are humbled to have such a fine large animal practitioner as our vet.

Great practice. Had a foster dog who was very nervous and the staff was so patient with him. Facility was clean. The vets & techs were very great at communicating. Prices were extremely reasonable (vet care isn't free). Will always refer people to them. Have had multiple encounters and was always satisfied.

If you are looking for a place to care for your pet, this is it!! They are always so nice and professional. They will fit you in based on the urgency of your pets problem and are always very thorough and honest. Their prices are fair and they are genuinely concerned about the welfare of your animal. I highly recommend them!!

This veterinary clinic is only a fare whether vet If your animal is sick don't waist your time The one star is for a time they did treat my dog 7 or 8 years ago I believe that their practice is a disgrace to the trade
