Today Saturday I went to lockeford Usps I had a box that was too big for the slot inside the Usps they stay open till 10am on Saturday...I was disappointed that my box didn’t fit and said out loud (darn it doesn’t fit) ... just then a very nice lady open the main door and said I’ll take that for you... I was so pleased because now I wouldn’t have to wait till Monday to ship... and by the time I returned home my package had already been entered into the system... THANK YOU LOCKEFORD USPS... for the extra great service!!!

The WORST . NO customer service skills. Rude staff. When you go in for normal transactions they act as though you are requiring them to preform maximum work. They close whenever they want, had my packages held many times due to their lack of concern, even though I paid for express shipping. They caused a wedding dress to be held and not arrive on time, and now Christmas gifts were held because they closed early against what they had posted.

I have always had great customer service. Packages are sent off with care and arrive the same way. Carmen is the best.

Showed up 4 minutes before closing because people do work. The door was locked early. Annoying. I expect them to be open until 5 like it states on website.

lockeford mail men and post office staff they don't know about customer service or good mail service they dump mail in roung address i pay for po box to make sure my mail is safe but they don't care they still droping my mail in other address so i report this people i hop that work
