The elderly lady serving needs to rest. It seems like he wants to run away from you every time you arrive. She serves you reluctantly, is condescending and rude. He hates my work and the world.

The more nice you are to the old lady then more she is rude. I wonder if she's doing it on purpose then reads these reviews to get a kick out of reading them. Because im obviously not the only one getting rude treatment for no reason.

Thank you so much Sujah.. Hope I’m spelling it right if not I’m really sorry. Good service no doubt. Had an issue with my package as it was sent elsewhere but issue has gotten fixed and my mail arrives today just one day later no worries. Just happy to get my package.

Someone was stealing my mail, pieces that obviously had bank cards and credit cards inside. I would see pictures of them in my usps informed delivery emails but I wouldn’t get them. When I called them about it, they would take my number and never call me back. I tried 4 times and the lady who answered the phone was rude and didn’t even want to help.

The old lady was so rude and unhelpful. Literally just told me she couldn’t help and walked off when I’ve never shipped anything before. No one was able to help at all. All of the low reviews are due to her.

Super cute building a definite blast to the past with the mail boxes. The counter side and back needs to be updated a bit and have some insulation thrown on. It's hot as hell in there. Can't imagine working there or providing good customer service in that environment.The lady I had at the counter was polite and patient. Even when both the label makers kept malfunctioning. Its the only post office this town has, so I will be returning but I wish the USPS would be funded a bit more to make working conditions easier for what is arguably one of the most important federal service (in my opinion)

That old white lady needs to get fired she could barely do her job smh. And also open up a second checkout there was 3 people ahead of me and took 20min when it should of been 5min.

The older lady in the front looks miserable and never wants to help. She could atleast offer some education on the mail if you have a simple question but instead I got I can't help you. I just moved to the area but I can tell you I have dropped and picked mail up at my old post office and no one acts the way she does. This isn't the first time which was when I was getting my lock box changed a guy seen her being rood andstepped in was really nice and we got our new gets from a lock change.

I moved to Livingston October 18, 2020. The woman who helped me with my PO Box was wonderful! Ever since then, I have had trouble receiving packages. The woman who has been working there (older with red hair) lacks all common customer service skills. She is just rude. I tried to ask why my package slips aren't being left and I'm having to show tracking information to get my packages. She shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes, said sorry and walked away. I went today to get something my mother had sent certified. The woman saw it was me and rolled her eyes. She did not have me sign for my package, then she asked if I needed anything else and walked away before I could answer. This woman needs to either retire or be retrained. We are all tired. We are all sick of the pandemic. But still, be nice to each other!
