Love coming to this salon. I highly recommend Kenia she will be having you feeling so good and confident after your appointment. Super professional and nice! Every time I go in for an appointment she checks in throughout the process to make sure I’m liking everything. I have super thick hair and lots of it and I trust her with my hair.

The owner of this salon while cutting my hair pulled off my eyebrow piercing and when confronted about it she said in Spanish "Accidents happen, I can't do anything about it." YES you can give me my money that I spent on that piercing about 120 in total plus the stuff I bought for cleaning it. Horrible costumer service if you ask me.

I have never been so beat up at a hair salon until I came here. Who cuts and washes hair with long nails. Worst experience one. 2nd my hair was cut super short. It took me so long to grow my hair and this lady cut more than I asked for and gave me layers when I specifically said no layers. 3rd I was hit in the head with the hair dryer. Like what the...worst experience. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

Trudy trimmed my hair today and did such an amazing job. I have very long thin hair and I'm always scared when getting it cut by new people. She was very good with showing me the length she would be cutting off before cutting it. I just wanted about 2 inches off to trim the dead ends because again I am scared to cut my hair, it has been long all my life, but she was very careful and detailed and making sure that the length I wanted was perfect. She also gave me slight layers in the front framing my face. Everything turned out perfect and it was honestly one of the best cuts I've had in years. Thank you, Trudy.

Worst place to go this girl kenia made my 11 year old feel so embarrassed I literally felt so bad I had to go to another place to get it fixed and not to mention that she charged 30! I just don't recommend to tack your children there! I can't believe I didn't check the review ahead of time!! Never in my life will I step there ..

I asked the new girl (she has color in her hair, curly and the youngest one there) to only cut 1 inch and she cut 4 inches off. You could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. I never cried so bad. My hair was long and it took me a long time to grow it out. I do not recommend this place at all

My friend went here in the middle of November and I have watched her hair slowly break off and completely fall off. From having a head full of hair she is now down to a handful of hair. I saw her scalp burned to a point where touch and simple air hurt her. I've gotten my hair done elsewhere plenty of times and never have I had that feeling or problem. To top it off the stylist was working on other people while she had her in the chair. Neglectful and unprofessional. She then proceeded to blame my friend saying she had box dye but she was the one that had previously did her hair so why was there "box dye" if she should have been using professional colors from the beginning. To top it off her hair wasn’t even blonde! It was yellow and a lot of brown spots everywhere ! She still had highlights at the bottom tips with brown on them and Lulu said it was fine it would fix over time. Hair is a huge part in someone's confidence and my friend trusted her only for her to ruin her hair to a point where it all is falling off.
