Advertising wrong prices on street sign than the pumps and won't honor street price

Came in for wheel seal repair. After waiting an hour, I decided to check on their progress. Guy says they won't get to it because another guy came in with a $1700+ job and his bid said to do it instead. He said the other truck got there before mine. Funny thing, it wasn't there when I pulled into the bay.
