FedEx delivered a 150 pound package on 11/25/23, that was supposed to go to another name & address and they delivered it in the middle of our driveway. All the phone numbers on the address label don't answer. We have FedEx case number and have been calling FedEx since 12/1/23 and been promised a pick up from FedEx every day. Now FedEx tells us today that the case is closed. They told us they would reopen the case and some one would call us. My advice, don't use FedEx for anything if you don't have to, and above all else don't call FedEx Tustin for any help, because as I was told, "they are only a self serve copying center" .

1 star because you cant leave no stars, worst employee service ever received. Apparently you INCONVENIENCE this girl to do her job who happened to work on a Friday night, coming in to drop off ONE package 10 min before they close.. not only did she look up at the clock and say "we close in 10 min" but chose to not provide any SERVICE. Not to belittle anyone....you have to provide the service while still OPEN. Poor choice of employee who does not have proper customer service or provide the basic customer service to assist. Went to a different FedEx (Tustin and Katella) where the employee was more than happy to help us.

Great service by one of the ladies working this afternoon. I received an email that my package was being held at this location. Went right in, was greeted, then asked to see an ID, she found my package quickly, even asked if I would like to use their cart to take to my car, that was very kind, since I've never been offered the cart before. I chose to carry it myself, but very thankful & thoughtful. Great service!

False advertising. They do not take passport pictures as stated on their website and staff was very unhelpful. Referred me to another FedEx in Tustin who could not help with passport renewal even after calling beforehand.

Pretty much useless if you have an issue printing. Frequent customer and a PDF I've printed there before was not working. Their solution was to charge me for them to do it or I have to pay a fee to login and their computer to figure it out. Great service! Too bad I can't give zero stars. They suck.

DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE. They charge your Credit card or Debit card a minimum of $10 even if you have a receipt for $1.45. This cannot be legal. After checking my bank statement today online, I noticed a $10 FedEx charge. I went to my receipt and it was for 1.45. When I called this FedEx office, I was told that was their procedure, and that after 48 hours it would drop off. In the meantime a $10 hold is put on my account. My bank is filing a formal complaint as this is not standard merchant behavior. Perhaps this is this particular franchise who is floating the customers money? THE UPS STORE up the street does not do this. This is outrageous, what about the low income person who does not own a printer and is held hostage for $10 when they made a $0.17 photocopy? If this has happened to you, contact the Consumer Protection Bureau, your bank, and the California Department of Consumer Affairs and put a stop to this FedEx apparently floating your money and affecting your bank balance.

They now only except smaller packages that will fit on a small shelf by the cashier.

Early in January, I ordered a year's supply of hair coloring through Rite Aid's website. They ship through FedEx. My order was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days, or Jan. 10-12. I didn't get my package, so I went on FedEx's site to track my package. It was being held in their distribution center in Anaheim. I contacted FedEx, and boy do I hate to deal with robots! Not very useful in helping me! I got a postcard, saying they had tried three times to deliver my package, and they said they weren't able to. Yes, I live in a gated apartment complex, but I've had no problem with Amazon getting in, so what's their problem? On the 17th, I got a text from them saying my package would be delivered on the 18th, by the end of the day. I stayed home; it never came. I called the number on the postcard, and they were very apologetic, but insisted they weren't able to deliver it to my apartment. He suggested that I have it delivered to another FedEx location, which I did. But their website is chaotic and a pain to deal with. I went to the nearest pickup location, and they said it wasn't there yet. This despite he site saying that when you arrange for another place for your package to be picked up, it takes 24 for them to make the change! This morning I FINALLY got a text saying it was ready to pick up, but the weird thing is, it said it would be ready Jan. 24! What is this, the Twilight Zone? Anyway, I called, they said they didn't have it, but there were two more trucks expected in today. An hour later, I got a text that MY PACKAGE IS THERE FOR PICKUP!!!! THREE WEEKS LATE!!!! So I went and got it. It had a hole on the side of the box where someone had obviously kicked it, but everything was okay. I was raised that if you're going to do something, either do it right or don't do it at all! FedEx would do well to follow that advice! I ordered my hair color through Rite Aid because the site offered great prices --$2.99 a box, when the sale price in the store is 2 for $7. Nevertheless, I think next year I'll get my hair coloring from Amazon. I hope Rite Aid drops FedEx like the trash it is.

Better than UPS! Stopped in to drop off a package, there was no line, one worker and ample parking. The lady at the counter was really nice and I literally came in 2 minutes before closing and she wasn't rude about it. Definitely convenient since it's off the 5 and 22 freeways, next to the Habit Grill, Mother's Market and Olive Garden.

I've been to this location in the past and customer service was very good but that seems to have changed. I went today to print a few things and to by some supplies. I went to the designated safe distance marker and there was one person ahead of me. The person at the counter acknowledged me and said she would help next. There was one other person working on a computer. Over the next several minutes three more people came out from the back. The last person was the only one that helped customers in the store. He ignored me and helped someone who had just walked up to to a barrier on the counter. Another person walked up behind that person and he started to help that person as well. At that point I left the store. I found the behavior of the staff at this store today to be very rude. I won't be back. UPS and Staples still provide good customer service in this area.

One associate helping out a handful of waiting customers. Not to mentiont hat this associate was a new hire. So she was definitely slow. Took me about 40 minutes just to pick up an online order pick up that I had requested. Should have been easy but she made it very difficult. Pro tip... Have multiple store associates throughout the day, especially if you're gonna plan to leave a new hire by herself. Train her more!

Cool little store. Associates didn't attempt to ask if I needed assistance when struggling with the copy machine while store was empty but I got it going. It's pretty easy but still they saw me struggling lol. Update: chimps would do a better job than these employees.
