If I could give them zero stars I would. Waited 45 minutes behind 2 cars for a COVID test that I do myself; when I got to the window they did not accept me because it was “my fault,” for being late? Excuse me. That is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 2 cars before me is not my fault. You should be able to handle the work \\u0026 tasks \\u0026 organize the team to be efficient, and if customers are waiting 45 minutes. That’s not on them. It is on YOU. Never blame a customer. Blame yourselves for not being self sufficient as a pharmacy. Absolutely absurd.

Slam dunk! Freeway access and quick light for u turn into 1 car ahead of you at most. I like this CVS when I pick up my wife's prescription for her

It seems that things may be changing in the pharmacy! Stay tuned! In the past they have had difficulty in locating already filled prescriptions and many times the phone has gone unanswered.

I came in to purchase some baby formula because the kind my baby uses a lot of places don't sell it, anyways the man that helped me check out was extremely nice and he totally made my day, I was having a bad day but just his smile and the way he asked questions about my shopping experience made me feel better. I was observing him talking to the lady in front of me at checkout and he was very professional and it was actually nice to see an older man take his job very serious as he was very professional all around. I love this CVS location over all, I live a lot closer to the Turlock location, but I always come here because they are just nice and helpful here, even told me the specials of the week. Which no one does these days. Overall excellent service. When I experience great customer service I make it known, to many people go unappreciated and I just wanted to make sure they appreciate the great employee that was there, I believe the date was last Tuesday at about 11am maybe 12pm he needs to get recognized for his awesome customer service.
