If I could give this place no stars I would. I started my child here and had been here for about 6 weeks. The classes seemed to be going okay no complaints about the coaches, only they also weren't the liveliest with the kids. Regardless my child seemed to be enjoying the experience so we continued here. Here's where everything went downhill and where I advise others to look elsewhere when looking for a gym. I went ahead and set up autopay as a new family because we have a lot going on and felt that would be best to avoid any issues. Mind you, I had only set it up a two months prior so I had went through billing cycles with no issues and received my statement via email. Now I receive my October statement not thinking much of it since it looks like the rest of them. Well a week goes by and I get an additional email stating there was a problem with my payment and I'm being charged a late fee. I go to investigate further to find out they had decided to take it upon themselves to update their payment systems and thus everyone on autopay got dropped from it. Not only did I receive a good charge for the "late" fee but an additional $10 for "membership fee that they decided to add on before the end of the year and prorate" which we were never told anything about when joined. They said it was a pre-Covid thing to which we were never told that may transpire. Oh and an additional raise of $3 per class to top it off because they decided to raise their prices out of the blue. I emailed them and let them know I wasn't really notified of these changes being made and that is there anyway they could be lenient on the late charge since it really wasn't on my end. I didn't even bother with other charges that were being added because I felt there was nothing that I could do. They were so unwilling to be accommodating or work with a new family. If you would like to have plenty of hidden fees and charges thrown at you this is the place for you. We will go elsewhere and go to a more family oriented establishment that actually cares about its students or "members" as they now want to refer to you.

Rude and racist behavior from this business. They only care about the girls in competition. They will charge your credit card without your authorization! They are rude and have no customer service skills. Made several girls cry.

Coaches watch around most of the time instead of showing kids how to do things right or correcting them if they are not doing it right. once the coach was watching another kid (babysitting) while she was giving lesson! there are way too many students in each class with a single coach. Don't know about other gymnastic classes but my son goes to swimming class and he has had huge progress. zero progress here after 2 month!

World class Acrobatics training center that generates champions. If your kid gets offered team, you will see them do some amazing things. Watch any acrobatics competition on tv, and you will almost always see west coast training center athletes representing the USA. The staff is amazing.

I miss this place soo much I did competitive team there for 2 years and I am not doing it this year the staff the coaches are AMAZING, they were sooo supportive and VERY,VERY,VERY nice and caring and kind I do rly recommend this place!!! THEY ARE FAMILY TO ME AND WILL NEVER NOT BE!!!

My 7-yr-old daughter started taking classes at WestCoast Training Center three years ago. After the free trial class, she was obsessed! She tried out for their competitive team last year and loved it! She has worked with many of the coaches, and they are all experienced, well trained, and great with kids. The owner, Marie, is very involved and still active (and well respected!) in the Acro community. Our 5-yr-old daughter was part of their pre-team program and is currently trying out for the competitive team for the upcoming season as well. Their once-a-month Kids' Night Out, Open Gym, and summer camps are great! We've also had their last two birthday parties here. If you miss a class, you're able to do a make-up class at Open Gym, and if you need to switch your day/time for class, you can do so at any time as long as there is space in the class. Our girls love everything about WCTC!

My 7years old son has been going to West Coast Training Center since May 2019. It's been two months and he loves going to this gym!!! His skills has been improved quickly and all coaches are professional athletes and they're Great!!! We love this place very much!!

My children love going to West Coast! Their acro team program and coaching is the best. All of the coaches are super positive, kind and great role models. My daughter also really enjoyed the American Ninja Warrior Summer Camp. Every month they have a kids night out that the kids love. They get worn out, fed and we get a date night, knowing they are in good hands.

I love this place and renewed for a second year. People are friendly and some of them you feel like family. They take our kids activity seriously and make it fun moments. Definitely recommend for perfect services, amazing people and cheapest in the area.
