I received a frantic call yesterday from a Massouda at the Las Positas branch telling me she was cancelling my apt for this coming Thursday because they were short staffed this week. She then proceeded to tell me information about my account that conflicted with the original info I got from Lilly months ago. She also contradicted herself multiple times then said she'd have to check things and call me back. She called me back saying I had to make an apt today at a different branch ( she thought maybe). So I drove all the way to Stoneridge and Andrea was wonderful and confirmed that Lilly's info was correct. There had been no need for me to rush and do my banking that day. The ridiculous thing was Massouda told me Lilly had had it all wrong and offered to make a formal complaint for me against her! When it was Moussad who does not know her information. I will be avoiding the Las Positas branch moving forward.

I closed my account there and so did my wife the parking on the weekends well I should say there is no parking on the weekends because they closed down that section to try to sell food to people so you have to walk two blocks to your bank first United credit Union how's the parking anytime a day of the week

Let me start out by saying I'm not a wells Fargo customer but this satellite branch is in the Safeway I shop at so it was always convenient to use their atm and then go to the teller and get change until today, I went to the window and asked for change for a 50 and they asked if I had an account and I said no and the teller says we only give change to our customers???? I Responded with I do this all the time when I shop and she said they just changed their policy ,I'm sorry but its a bank!!! I just wanted a 50 dollar bill broken I don't get it,needless to say they now don't have to worry about me ever being a customer!!! I gave them 2 stars because she was smiling and nice,I wasn't lol

One star is for the bank and for Safeway The ATM is a better option. Why the f is there 4 people working and only one is a teller with 5 people in line.

My Review is for banker "Neha Meskinyar", she actually helped me at the other wells Fargo in Livermore but she had mentioned that this is her store and was just helping out the other store that day. A huge thank you to her, because she made my experience a great one. She was so helpful and helped me figure out my tough situation. So glad she was my banker, wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Thank you Neha!

Gabriel is the best banker we have ever encountered. Seriously cordial, fun to talk with, and makes things less stressful. It was actually a fun experience opening up accounts for our teenager. He was very thorough in explaining details and setting Jewels up for her accounts. He even helped her how to bank online with the handy dandy app. Thanks Gabriel!! And Kindy (the manager) who was there and chatted with us like old buddies. Lastly, Laura our teller was very kind and patient even after the bank was closed—she helped us. Spectacular and friendly customer service! I’m glad to see that great customer service still exists in today’s world filled with many self-serving and can’t be bothered people.

Great service, very cordial, and they did a good job in explaining the requirements and benefits to the various bank accounts. I love how Wells Fargo has a presence throughout the country so you should be covered if you move around from state to state a lot!

Amazing staff, starting with Ms. Balpreet Narang who is a gem & helpful, amazing personality and so friendly always. She is diligent & competently solves every issue i have ever had when i go to this branch. Rob (or is it Robbie) is really nice & helpful too. & the Manager Kindy is this super smiley & friendly person who greets you so warmly everytime you run into her.

The best Bank ever. Their manager is the best. So nice and helpful. I see them so patient with the customers. Even the impatient one. & a special mention to the cashier named Paul. Very friendly person.
