Diamond Le was fabulous and extremely patient with us as we renewed our CDs. It was a busy Saturday and we had an appointment, but other bankers were frequently coming to her to answer their questions. We didn't mind, but wow- she was able to manage those questions whilst answering ours. Thanks to the Livermore branch for hiring Diamond.

Not sure how this place has so many bad reviews but my experience was the complete opposite! I'm sad I didn't get the name of the girl who initially helped me but the banker (Rosetta) was incredibly helpful and made sure my transaction went through as easy as I could of hoped for. She answered any questions I had and showed me an easier way to complete my future tasks! One of the better Wells Fargo banks I've been too in some time! Thank you!

The business banker/banker was trying her best to get rid of me when I was there to only close my account she insisted to call Wells Fargo instead when I took my time to drive all the way to the branch to take care of it in-person only because I was told by a Wells Fargo team member over the phone that I can take care of it in-person. She did say that I might be assisted depending on her schedule/availability by making procedure of closing account extremely complicated but a few mins after she quickly changed her words and tried to get rid of me by telling me to call Wells Fargo instead. Asked general questions and rolled eyes at me with disrespectful tone of voice. Feeling kicked out I called Wells Fargo as soon as I walked out and got my account closed within 5 mins. Very unhelpful, disrespectful, no apathy, first time ever feeling rejected, unvalued as a customer at a bank my family and I was with for more than 20 yrs. Don't live that way! Won't be surprised to see this branch disappear.

What's happening to this branch? What happened to all the good people here?My family and I have been coming to this branch for over 20 yrs.For the first time I feel extremely unvalued as a customer! The Business Banker was doing her best to get rid of me when I drove all the way to close my business account. (I do have checking/savings account with them)She said she was able to assist me depending on her schedule & availability but soon after she changed her words and told me to close my business account over the phone.Since I was there at the branch already I told her that I would rather wait and have that taken care of in-person.She didn't even check her schedule and insisted me to call Wells Fargo to close my business account!Once again I said I don't mind waiting, please do check the schedule like what she had offered in the beginning and to let me know if I can be assisted or not but she gave excuses and quickly changed her words to escape from responsibility.Even asking general questions she rolled her eyes with disrespectful tone of voice. As a former business owner her attitude is unacceptable to me. She told me to wait 24hrs, call Wells Fargo the next morning to close my business account but guess what? I was able to close my account within 5 mins and I did this as soon as I walked out of that branch.Which means, it's not complicated to close an account but like I said, she made it sound extremely complicated to only get rid of me.If she had spoken with respect and sincerity I would have simply listened and left.Believe me or not,I have visited this branch 4 times since September to make quick deposits.I saw a scene every visit! At first I thought the customers were Karens but I can clearly understand why I have been witnessing angry customers after my experience. There was a customer having an argument with one of the tellers that day also!Don't forget you reap what you sow! That being said, I'm taking myself over to First St from now on.

Unhelpful, rude, discourteous, disrespectful. I have been a customer for 40 years. After the death of my wife, they were unwilling to help with a simple request after that would have taken no more than a few minutes to resolve unless I made an appointment for another day. Would not even listen to the circumstances; the "banker" turned her back on me and walked away. I have now moved all my accounts to another bank.

I tried cashing a check here recently it was a Wells Fargo issued check, they would not do it. After tons of frustration I went to my bank, and since it was a personal check and not written out to my company I had to open a new account. No big deal my bank cashed the check on the spot and I came back the next day to sign the paperwork for the new account. I keep my business and my personal checkings and savings and gold lines at Bank of the West. The teller was great, but the supervisor at Wells Fargo was more interested in giving me her business card so I can file a complaint then helping me with my issue. What kind of world do we live in where you can't cash a Wells Fargo issued check at Wells Fargo.

Understaffed, slow, and undertrained. If you use the services inside, you should plan for at least a 20-30 minute wait. Not including finding a manager if you can. The one manager I did speak with seemed disinterested. I asked two other employees that I needed a manager and they were non compliant.

The only reason that I still do transactions there is that it is close by and to see some of few friendly faces left in town. Most of the employees left. This is a bad parking lot. Not only that, but a long piece of rebar poked from one of the parking curbs and ripped up the underside of my car.I was never compensated.

Waited 30 minutes for banker, nobody came to help me. I was the only customer waiting, so I left

When you need them, they're not there. Apathy is the most common response I get when actually using a teller and forget getting served quickly if you need to speak to an officer. Heavy fees on accounts and horrible rep after opening new accounts last year without customers permission. Wow! Really?!?!?!
