I wish I could give this customer service return department 0 star. They close at 7pm everyday and this old guy at 6:43pm saying that he is closing the returns early today due to staff issues. This is the 3rd time I am going through this situation. I live in the livermore and now I have to go all the way to Pleasanton to return my stuff. Very inconvenience and time consuming for little things. Manager should hire more staff or do better job on making schedules.

Good place to go if you want to feel degraded!
Staff are a mixed bag- I never get my photo orders on time (even after receiving confirmation emails that they're ready), and I've definitely had some weird experiences with them, but they're overall pretty helpful.
It is pretty annoying that all cosmetics are locked up, so I don't shop here for those items. At the end of the day, it's a Walmart- I don't come here for a fun time, I come here for a functional time. And function it does!
As a fun bonus, I almost never see anyone I know here! Never change, Walmart. ?

A 15-item limit on self-checkout when only one cashier is working is extremely inconvenient. What a terrible policy.

It was okay they are missing alot of food items that you can find at other walmarts that aren't super centers. So yeah.
Okay I gave them another star because this time was wayyyy better than last time but they still have to get the food section a bit more fuller.

Person working at the customer service desk today at 5pm was immediately rude and combative on a basic return, don't assign people with no customer service skills to customer service. It makes a generally painless experience into a negative one.
