Love their selection, as well as how helpful and friendly their staff usually is. Gotta knock a star because if you go at 7:47
PM, their doors are locked (even though their listed closing time is 8 PM) and they will just stare at you while you try to open them.

Super special Thank you to Vissuta and Leonard for making my weekend a while back! I had bought a sweater and it went on sale a few days after I bought it. They helped me get the price match which I totally did not except to get. On top of that they were super patient and helped pick some socks that my wife loves and had it shipped to my house which saved me a trip to the outlets. This happened on a Friday which put me in a great mood for the rest of the weekend. I highly recommend coming to this store as they always have excellent customer service. Thank you again Leonard and Vissuta!

5 stars because of Francisco. While I wasn't able to make it out in stores, I did initially give the store a call to see what deals they had today. The manager Francisco was AMAZING. Great customer service. He goes out of his way to ensure you get what you need with the right deals. He stated on the phone, "I'm the manager. My name is Francisco. Look for me in the store and I'll take care of you." Thanks Francisco!! You can't always find great customer service on the phone but he delivered.

Francisco the store manager went above and beyond to make returning a mis-shipped item a smooth experience. I love vince clothing and his work ethic makes this store one I would always shop at for vince clothes

PSA to all buyers: Deceptive practices on returns and exchanges. They make you sign up for the 15% discount in store and as a result of that you cannot return or exchange items in the store due to the items now being considered "final sale". They do not tell you about this . Even though the receipt only shows one item marked as final sale while others are not. Also the store prices are twice as much as they are on Nordstrom Rack or Saks Fifth Avenue. They only price match if you bring it up to them while you are literally at the register.Tried calling the store the day after purchase, but no one answers the phone. I was outta town so my fiancé went to the store, but there was no store manager. I went to the store 5 days after the purchase, but they wouldn't price match two items because Nordstrom Rack/ Saks wouldn't list Style codes online. To prove her point, she googled the style code, and it didn't pop up. Not even on their own Vince website. The items I purchased were about $200 more in the store and they wouldn't allow me to return, exchange or give me store credit. They made me wait in store for over an hour while they spoke to the manager who educated them on their "policies". The receipt only shows one item as Final Sale but they don’t allow returns or exchanges due to in store associates making you sign up for the 15% off for receiving their emails.Will not return to this brand, due to the scammy nature of the brands policies and the store associates being dishonest.

Stay away from this store! Terrible experience. We bought eight pieces of clothing in the store on September 30th, but the receipt showed ten items! It’s unbelievable that we spent about $300 on two items of clothing that we didn’t buy at all!

Best customer service!Thank you so much for helping me out with the exchange. I knew my chance was very slim because I lost the receipt, but you found a way to make a customer happy!I love Vince's product, and this experience makes me wanna come back to shop here again!!

Came here on 11/26 morning, staff are too busy chatting with each other. No greeting or serving customer at all. Terrible service, I made a purchase didn’t say thank you just ring me up and have me a receipt. Terrible experienceFollow up on after sales, I emailed the customer service team was told the management team will Reach out but it’s been more than 3 weeks. No one reach out. Don’t think they care about customer service

I was there on Saturday 11/12 at 2pm. I like their clothes but there was no service whatsoever from all the girls were working there. They were talking among themselves instead of serving customers. No greeting or asking if customers needed help compared to other stores that have similar prices. I remember I stood next to the sale associate that has dark hair color (shortest girl working there) she seemed to have an attitude that she was too good to serve customers. I didn’t buy anything because of the service. I ended up buying from other stores that entrusted of serving customers.

Beautiful shopping experience. Arrived to Pleasanton to visit family from the UK. Everyone very friendly and noticed our British accent, and a wonderful man from Levi’s gave the lady at the hotdog stand $10 towards our hotdog as a random act of kindness. Thank you for the fabulous shopping experience.

My favorite designer and good quality clothes. I have been to the outlet many times and it is a 2 hour round trip for me, I arrived at 3:00 on an Friday only to find a sign in the window that they wold be back at 4:15. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
