Huge thank you to the gentleman from this post office that works there!! Very professional and understanding, Birthday gift was sent from Canada post and they forgot to add small details to the parcel. It took a phone call and he had everything sorted and aligned back to the receiver! Customer service at it's finest. Much respect for your time & assistance Sir ( 5 ⭐ )

Really dislike that the lobby has been locked after closing hours for many months now. When I asked why this was the case since the lobby has a kiosk that can be used for self-service, employee said that "homeless people have been coming into the post office and breaking into people's post office boxes." If this is the case, USPS ought to install some iron gates to prevent anyone from going down the hall where post office boxes are found, although that would defeat the purpose of people being able to get their own mail from these boxes after hours. With the way it is right now, they can't get their Mail from the post office boxes anyway, nor can anyone else get anything done. Recently, when I was at the counter one afternoon, had to laugh at how the pens are attached to the counter. Apparently the chains are broken or were non-existent. They do have a decent selection of greeting cards, and other mailing supplies.

My experienced today at the post office Livermore was amazing. One of the employee who works there was very helpful and very nice. His name was Patrick. He helped me out through my passport process even though I’m a little bit confused . I just want to say a big thanks for Patrick!

Horrible customer service. 2 months to get an appointment and had to wait because they took others that were 2 hours late. Not to mention they are very slow and don’t follow the process outlined for passport applications on THEIR website!!! So I understand why in 2023 they lost 6.5 Billion dollars !!! #yourtaxdollarsatwork

Very upset. The lobby hours are posted as open until 9pm on weekedays. But consistently it is closed by 8:30pm by a worker that I see come early. You wanting to close it early for whatever is convenient for your schedule has wasted my time on serveral occasions now.

Some of the rudest staff at this place, particularly one female employee, they get worse when approaching the closing time. Services are OK, slow at times, typical of an USPS office.

The staff here are hardworking, helpful, efficient and friendly. Shout out to Mr Singh, Mr Patrick and the guy that was answering questions and directing the line on the floor one busy day. I drop off my ebay and mercari packages here all the time and never had an issue. I also use the PO box and never had problems. My family also used the Passport service and it was great. Online passport apppointments are convenient. Forwarding mail via the website is also great when going on vacation. Plenty of parking. It is near downtown so traffic can get a bit busy but not a deal breaker. Lines can get a bit long but they open another counter or all counters if that happens.

I was there for a passport appointment for my son and Elizabeth was so accommodating and helpful with making sure I had everything correct. I did have to go back and submit a copy of the birth certificate. She was so patient, positive and thorough. She made what could've been a stressful experience very easeful. I'm grateful for people like her. Thank you.

Why was the design of the drive up mail box changed. The slot is too far back. It is impossible for my wife to mail anything without getting out of the car. This will be a mess when it rains

Easy and quick service. It was empty so maybe I got lucky and the employees were overwhelmed. Based on the reviews I was half expecting to walk out crying but I'm happy to report I left smiling. Thanks for the great service!

I needed their passport services and next appointment is months out! I walked in and it was pretty empty the lady said she can help me but when she asked her supervisor she said not right now which kind of annoyed me. She took down my phone and name and I asked her again if she can please take me she asked again and she too my application. I'm very happy with their service and friendliness . I don't know how I feel about the supervisor but the lady that helped my application was very fast, efficient and nice. Thank You!
