Rude people that are mad always , They want you to package boxes a certain way they charge you to package it and they yell at you .. Horrible

I love to location of this store because it is convenient for me but I will start driving to a different location. I went to do some Amazon returns yesterday and when I walked in the store the women there was speaking super loudly into her cell phone on a personal call and the man there made very little attempt to greet me. When she was off her phone call she tried to help me at the opposite counter than I was at (mind you I’m 9 months pregnant and had all my items stacked on the floor) but the man there seemed to notice and stepped in to help me where I was already waiting. They wanted to charge me $30 for a single box for one of my return items which I knew I was going to have to box up myself. It was a larger item but not a huge or even heavy item. When I said no thank you they offered to shrink wrap it for $15. It’s cheaper to shrink wrap your luggage (which would be bigger than this box) at the airport so I said I would come back another day when I found my own box. Today I contacted Amazon and they said my big box was still at their store and hadn’t been shipped. I called to ask how long it takes for the bigger packages to be picked up (figuring the size of the baby swing was causing the delay) and the women who answered said it can take up to 30 days for my item to be returned. I reiterated that I am making sure it has left the store or get an idea of when it will leave the store and she said it had already gone out and disconnected the call. I’m not sure if this is being family ran now but I can tell you the customer service has gone way down.

I recently mailed 2 items from this store. I asked for the cheapest delivery UPS or USPS. She said USPS both times. The 1stbitem was in a long box about 20 x 6 x 8. $42 Plus in shipping. I am sure it would have been cheaper at UPS Center. 2nd item was 8 x 8 x 6 under 2 lbs. Again she said USPS. $26 for US Priority Mail. That is the highest costs to ship an item. She wasn't done yet. I had a vintage 1960's GI Joe jet wing 26 x 8 x 5. I needed a box for it also. It was going to New York. She quoted $29.99 for the box and over $111. 00 to mail it. Ludicrous!
I declined the offer. I bought a moving box at Home Depot for $2.79. Cut it down to proper size and mailed it USPS via eBay shipping (40% discount) for just over $29.
She said Amazon gets a bulk discount from UPS. Now I know how the store makes up for this mandatory discount.
She never showed me any options. She only told me my options.
Never again!

This UPS location is amazing. Always so nice and helpful. I know some people think all is free and get upset with prices, but they need to understand, its not the employees or managers setting the pricing. I give them a 5 star in every way.

$4.58 for printing out TWO pages b/w!!! Rip off! They charge you for computer use cause you gotta send it to their email. Shame! Better go to Office Depot where they only charge for the actual copy.

One of the employee here have the Strongest body odor, polluting the entire office, my eyes started tearing up upon arrival, I almost vomited after being inside for one minute. The owner should address this basic personal hygiene issue otherwise people will try their best to avoid visiting this location.

This is the only UPS store which has some problem with amazon returns items and finds way to reject item.
Sometime other ups store helps or guide with some tape etc if missed .
also the lady in Ups store is very rude and raciest .

Employees at this store definitely need to have the training on customer services. I would not recommend this location for your UPS needs.

I was literally just asking for a question, and there is a guys who is packing for the stuff.The two lady are nice to reply, and the guy are so rude.“ he say why should we know, how I know things like that” will never come back to this store just because of him!

Perhaps this is a one-off but I came here because USPS computer was down and their services are very limited. Sent a small u-haul box 13x13x16” and the receipt showed “weight” and “billable weight” (based on dimensions) I was charged the higher rate for reasons never explained even though the actual weight was about 25% less. It felt dishonest. Beware this little trick of the trade.
