Refused to take return not sure really why gave me some convoluted story of them not being able to accept my form of payment called the day before to verify that I would be able to return only to be turned away. Horrible customer service in store

This store has a lot of good options and the employees are great. I had a great experience but it’s quite unfortunate that I have to get punished for other peoples lack of hygiene. The fitting rooms were closed because other customers stank so badly they had to close the fitting rooms so people wouldn’t try on clothing. I talked to one of the employees and they said the problem is so bad that they spend half of their monthly budget on air fresheners. I respect all other cultures but it’s annoying when it’s starting to affect other people.

Myself and my girlfriend wheres shopping and the True Religion outlet the two young men who worked there were awesome I have to say the manager whose name was Michele should not be a manager. She is so rude and talk to those young men like they were dogs for that simple reason I will not shop in that store again that woman needs to be fired. I am in my 60s and have children and I'd hate for anyone to speak to them the way she does very bad She even gave me and my girlfriend dirty looks for what reason we have no idea

Rude brown heavy set middle aged lady that claimed to be the manager and refused to provide name or employee number. She wouldnt open a fitting room for my wife citing that "too many people steal"? Lol Then after finally trying the jeans on my wife didnt like how they fit for the front so this crusty old bat said loudly "see this is why i dont open fitting rooms. Such a bizarre experience, seems like other customers have had to deal with same attitude.

In this store there is a person, who is super rude, this is the second time he treats me badly, I think because she hear that I am a Sephardic Jew, this person is anti-Semitic, be careful, his name is Michel and he treats customers very badly.

Michelle and Eleanor are very rude, and unprofessional. I come here all the time. The staff are getting ghetto no basic customer service.. Eleanor's eating while speaking with customers Take a Break don't eat at the register while helping customer's that's Breaking rules God bless!!!!
