this has got to be one of the most poorly run stores I have ever been in... You got three employees at self check out but only two lanes are open. one of the lanes. The guy can't get his stuff to scan and the three employees are just sitting there, twiddling their thumbs while there's five and six people lining up. When I pulled in there were two rows of shopping carts blocking access to pro parking. What a freaking joke your sales are tanking I guarantee it.

Just came by to pick up a toilet seal and checked the box because I know how unreliable Home Depot can be, and low and behold inside the new box is an old used seal covered in poop stuffed in the box. I ended up bringing it up to the front to the checkout and we call the manager Budd new manager ever showed up. Talk about crappy products and crappy service!

Waited over 1 hour in pro desk no one shows up. Home Depot employees are super lazy in this store. All of them just wondering around talking to one another. You ask them for help and they say this isn't my department I can't help.

Eight associates walked past me. None authorized to help. 1 did call for help. Still no one. Then 1 did stop. I needed prepackaged wire, which is locked up. The associate forced my product through the security bars, which I guess I could have done.Then no checkout lines are open, and half of the self check stands are closed. Used to be a fun store- but no more. Glad I have other choices in town.

I really wanted to file a lawsuit against #HomeDepot and its associate at the Sacramento branch who did fraud to me. Following is the order number I'd like to be investigated:Date Ordered:February 1, 2023Order Number:WE14151183Order Total:$248.13I bought one item only (Seward Trunk Under the Bed Footlocker Black Storage Trunk: $113.46) from the Las Positas, Livermore, CA store. But when I went to return an item bought 3-months ago, instead of providing me the refund, they kept the item and canceled the unpicked item: Seward Trunk Seward Rover 30 in. Blue Trunk with Wheels and Lock which was never picked up. It seems that the associate at Sacramento cheated on me. I'd like to either have the unpicked item back or provide me the refund for the item returned at Sacramento before I file a police complaint. I'd also like #HomeDepot to investigate whether the Seward Trunk Seward Rover 30 in. Blue Trunk with Wheels and Lock was picked up at Las Positas, Livermore, CA. If not, then why was it released and canceled for the item returned in Sacramento, CA. Who did this? It was an awfully ridiculous experience with #HomeDepot and this store shouldn't be trusted at all!

There is a guy named Bobby who claims he is the manager. He has really bad attitude. Extremely rude, not well groomed. Rest of the staff are all good.Always ask them to test the tool before you rent.

As I write this review I'm still waiting for someone to help me in the paint section (been standing here for at least 20 minutes which is the most amount of time I've ever had to wait at any Home Depot) after two requests for help over the loud speaker. I'm amazed by the amount of employees on the floor walking around putting products back on shelves but their inability to make eye contact with you, have any sort of friendly disposition, or respond to a request for help at the paint area. Is the paint area haunted? It must be because no employee wants to step foot over here.

Mostly good customer service and most of the stuff is relatively easy to find if it's not your first time ever visit to the store. Definitely better than Lowe's - especially the staff at least knows their store and policies, which can't be said of Lowe's.

Thanks Jackson for coming to our rescue loading up the home depot truck with our new appliance...so well mannered and eager to help!! Hard to find that at Home Depot..he made sure we were able to secure the appliance well enough to transport and safety is so important

This review is only for the paint department. I haven't had a positive experience with them for the past couple of years. They genuinely seem to be put out by my presence. I came in 7/1/22 and there was a young woman speaking to someone wearing a Home Depot/PPG shirt. They were both behind the counter when I walked up. I was not acknowledged in any way, which is pretty typical for this department. There was also a young man with his back to me. I waited a couple of minutes and then the young man turned around, saw me, and proceeded to walk over to the other two people to observe what they were doing. He wasn't involved in their situation, because he didn't talk to them, just stood there repeatedly running his hands through his hair and fluffing it up. After I had been there several minutes, I asked him if this was a bad time for him and should I come back later. Only then did he ask me what I needed. I'm not sure what is going on with this department, but their customer service is non existent and everyone I've come in contact with has a bad attitude and doesn't seem to want to be working there. I don't think I'll be coming back here the next time I need paint. I'd rather drive to a different location.

I was assisted today with a pull up bar and lock nut I was having trouble with. The first person directed me to the zone/aisle of the floor I should walk to for assistance. Direct, efficient and polite to refer me. He had blue hair in case management checks this out. Then at the Tools section I was assisted by someone who went out of their way to try various clamps on the bar and its parts I was having trouble with. I felt no pressure to purchase and got genuine feedback for whether HD could provide a product that worked for my situation. He was wearing vest that said Veteran on it with the army print. I noticed a review that actually called this place discriminatory. In contrast, I'd note these two very polite people: a young person with blue hair to a certainly older veteran who came down from his shelving ladder to hear me better. Both did their job well with genuine enthusiasm. I didn't buy because HD is pretty pricey, but I got the right and proper service. Thanks!

Went in to buy some supplies, there was a weirdo working there with purple hair. I asked her a question and she was totally rude. I went to check out and there was a woman working there that could not speak English. I will never go back to this wacko place.

Easy tool rental. Although two of the bolts came at as soon as I started the rototiller . They were for the stand so I just replaced them.

I was at the Livermore CA store & had over the top GREAT customer service from Lenny &Josselyn.They both were extremely nice,answered all of my questions & even offered help out to my car when I said I have a torn rotator cuff.These two women should be the standard for all of your stores.In fact they even should manage the customer service department at this entire store because this store sure could use great customer service training in other departments.Commend these 2 women for great service
