While shopping at TH, one of my paper bags teared up. After shopping at TH, I asked the cashier for an additional bag (paid) for my other stuff. He was so kind to hand me one BUT, the shop manager said that “ we can’t give you additional. only one bag per purchase” !!!The kind cashier couldn’t help but to put the PAPER bag back!.?? for the kind cashier?? for the “so called” store manager, what a customer service you’re providing!April 27, 2024 @ 7 pm

there was a very handsome young man. Had a mullet, worked super hard very respectful and very helpful. Was in there shopping for about 30 minutes and not once was he slacking. Made sure to keep asking if i needed help. Kid needs a raise!
