there was a very handsome young man. Had a mullet, worked super hard very respectful and very helpful. Was in there shopping for about 30 minutes and not once was he slacking. Made sure to keep asking if i needed help. Kid needs a raise!

We wish the fitting rooms are open, I am disappointed because we had a guest from Europe who wasn't sure of his size and the staff were not flexible in letting him try. Some said they don't have keys, some said short staff but the cashier said that the other side is open. Surprisingly 3 months ago same review that fitting room was closed too. I don't think they will hire or have any staff for the fitting rooms anymore. I am very embarrassed when they told me to let him try it in the corner by the jeans outside of the fitting room, is that how I should treat our guests in the future if the store can't even accommodate a safe space to try something on. My mother wanted to try something and I told her it's not worth it because they said no to a guy, what about a woman!?

Store had great deals and was organized, but did not see alot of the staff.Both fitting rooms seemed closed for some reason so was not able to try any of the clothing. Since I knew my size this was not a problem for me.At the register they did not seemed very interesting in helping out.All in all, good prices and we'll organized but lacking customer service and fitting rooms

Tommy Hilifger had a great collection and the clothes were great, comfortable and has great fitting. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to go and shop for great discounts with a great collection. Even though this is an outlet store, they have sizes and their collection is amazing!!! ?️?️?️

Very bad service from the people who work here. I understand that u have to monitor the people going in but almost 20 people left the store and they kept us out to make it seem like there are many customers for them waiting in the queue. In the rain. Find a different store

Such a rude manager she had a screaming match with me in the store over a simple question. She then tells me I'm not a customer and she will call security on me if I don't leave the store (I was going to buy a product). When I asked if there was anyone I could speak to above her she sarcastically told me no and that she owned all of Tommy Hilfiger. Very rude for a manager to talk to a customer that way.

Now it's not the one it use to be. And everything is expensive. And the part I don't like is the there is no price checker and if you asked the people who work they will say go to the counter... So my thing is how many items you can carry to the counter and then say no.... Seriously such a big name but small small things they don't have.
