Theory is one of the brands I like. They have good quality. Beautiful style. However, the Theory Outlet store doesn't have all the different types of clothes I found in the retail stores. The store is very organized and clean. All items in the store have outstanding quality, and the price is much better than at the retail locations. The Salespersons in Theory Outlet are very attractive and helpful. I love to check out this store at San Francisco Premium Outlet Shopping Center every time I'm here.

The entire team here went above and beyond to help me find the suits I needed for an upcoming work trip! I can't recommend Nik and his leadership team enough for all their assistance. Nik also was great at communicating updates on my order and was very courteous throughout my transaction. Every interaction from phone calls to in person that I had with the team was stellar, I honestly can't rave enough about my experience with this team.

They cut the line at 1:30pm and said will be back at 3pm. Store still closed until 3:45pm.People are waiting in line IN RAIN since 3pm.So irresponsible and I won’t spend 1 doll on this anymore.

On morning of 11/14/2022, I was at the store at 10:50 am trying to return a pair of pants. I was told by their staff names Jezs that the register system was down and would not be up until later perhaps 11:30. I said that's fine. Can I still come in because it's cold.I was of course declined, but I did not know why letting the customer in and browse in the store had anything to do with the computer system. So I left to downtown Livermore and came back at 12:20pm. Before coming back to the store, I was calling to see if the system was up and sure enough nobody picked up the phone so I had to chance it. Took another 45 minutes to figure out that Jezs couldn't complete the return process for some odd reasons and I said, since I spent so much time waiting why not call the customer service and send me a return label. He was then very arrogant in front of two other customers, and said he wouldn't. That attitude was cold, and rude. And he wouldn't do anything to call unless another person came in to the shift. To me, he just didn't want to make any efforts simply because he didn't give a flying you know what I later was able to generate a return label from the site myself. Long story short , I didn't feel any effort from the staff, trying to help a customer and certainly didn't feel welcomed during my visit today. I felt they did not care about customer service at all. Another customer couldn't wait in line left because the check out was simply taking way too long. I am a regular customer at the store , this is the first time being so unpleasant. I like the products here but the customer service is definitely not matching up the quality of Theory. Shame. Shame. Shame!!!!

Worse sales associate. Tried to buy 3 shorts which was put in 70% off rack. When I took then to billing lady said it’s not 70% off. It’s 40% off. She said new employee put all of then in wrong place . Next moment she flipped on customers have put in wrong place. I showed them saying it can’t be like all of them have been put by customer. They don’t honor their wrong doing and accept. If this happens in Nordstrom or any other store they will honor the priceDate 10 September 22

Store has same options whenever I visit and don’t get new stock. Bought a lot of clothes from here and had to return/exchange two shirts. The manager was so rude and didn’t return/exchange the shirts.

Just wanted to say thank you to Maurice who made shopping there a very pleasant and calm experience. It was more like the service you would get in the Theory section of a department store than an outlet.
