This was such pleasant experience. With all the people in line Vik was fast and experienced. I had some random questions and he was more than eager to help. And he took care of all of us in a timely manner. Will recommend to all my friends that live near by.

Very nice people at this location. I drive across town to go there. The owner Vik and his co workers are so friendly and very helpful. I do not mind driving farture to go to THIS UPS store verses the other 2 in town.

Love this UPS store! Vik and Daniel are always so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about returns and shipping, always help me troubleshoot any issue I'm having. They even help carry packages if I'm shipping a lot. There's hardly ever a line and if there is everyone is so friendly it's just an enjoyable experience visiting this store and having pleasant conversations with the staff. I wait to do my shipping errands at this store specifically, even if I'm passing other UPS locations. These guys all deserve raises!

I have had so many horrible encounters with other UPS stores and to find such a nice and efficient store close by is a blessing. Vik is so helpful and caring and this is the best and only UPS store I now visit.

The best since day 1!! Vik actually cares about you as a gust in His store and he truly understands the importance of shipping, printing and mail overall. He is professional and kind! My only go to store when I need to ship! I would also use a P.O Box here too and print when I need it! Thank you Vik!

This is a great UPS store--please support it! The owner is behind the counter daily, and provides extremely friendly, personal service. He even scrounged up a spare box and taped it for me at no charge when I arrived to return an Amazon item that I didn't realize was supposed to have been boxed. Even if it's just dropping off free returns for Amazon (which the store gets paid to handle), please consider supporting this location!
