I work in Celestica Fremont for more than a two years we use a The Swenson Group for all serive in our printer in our company. I can say the service is phenomenal get the printers in a good shape,service calls are the best all that I need I get right away. I work at Gentec services and had the pleasure of working with this fine company. One of their selling agents, Tony, went out of his way to ensure we understood exactly what our company needed. He was able to answer any question we had for him, and anything that he didn't know, he was able to find out for us. I really appreciate this company's ability to help us maximize our potential without force selling us products that we do not need. After we signed the contract, our printer arrived shortly after with some very helpful and friendly technicians. They were able to set everything up in our office in under an hour. While the beginning processes seemed like it would be difficult because of a data sheet they ask you to fill out, there is no worry if you are unable to because they can figure it out if your company does not have an IT employee, which is something we do not have on staff. I would highly recommend this service to any company that still uses inkjet printers because of the cost advantages and printing/scanning capabilities greatly increase your companies overall efficiency.

We met with Aaron at The Swenson Group out of Livermore a few weeks ago. We needed an efficient copier/printer/scanning solution. Our inkjet was just too expensive to use on a daily basis and we needed something more cost effective as a small business owner. Instead of just trying to sell me a copier, they really wanted to know what problems we were having as a business to see if they could help. I was unaware that they not only helped with Print Solutions but also Cloud based phone systems, document software, Managed IT services and more. They followed up with me on the day and time that we agreed on and I felt they put our needs first.

I just started with my second copier contract with The Swenson Group (TSG). I shopped around. I had some pretty great offers. Mark, at TSG, is the rep that I dealt with the most. He reviewed all of my usage and helped me tailor a plan that works perfect for my actual use. All around, they beat the competition. The part that I value the most is that TSG has always been there when I need them. Whenever I need something they are over-responsive and provide great feedback. They have never let us down. I give my highest recommendation to TSG and I trust them.

Since starting with The Swenson Group years ago, I have nothing to say, except it has been a fantastic experience. We have gone over machine changes at least twice with them so far and each time the experience has been flawless. The service is top notch, we call with an issue and they send someone out, usually on the same day. If I call with a question, I get an answer. My firm has four offices, one in the bay area and the service we get from Swenson trained service is top notch and no matter who they send out, they know what they are doing and always have a smile on their face.

Swenson has delivered on everything they have promised me at sales calls. If they think they can save me money, they put a suggestion out and leave it up to me to decide. There is no high pressure to get the newest and greatest because they know that is not how my firm operates. We tend to hang on to technology for a long time. For example, all our secretaries had printers in their stations some of which were 10 years old or older. Swenson has been servicing them for years and came to me with a proposal that we replace them all with brand new color printers for less money monthly then we were paying to service and support those 10+ year old printers. We agreed it made sense for us and out with the old and in with the new. They brought the new ones in, set them up, took the old ones away and everybody is happy. I would recommend The Swenson Group to anyone without reservation.

We have used the Swenson Group for several years and find them responsive to our needs. They adjusted our contract when our business needs changed so we could experience some savings on color copies. We have always had responsive service - both through telephone support and in person.

Sales team is sharp. They will make many promises and tell you how much they will take care of you. Once you sign the contract and deliver the equipment, they will most likely go dark on you. If you have problems, they will come out, but there will not likely be much delivery on promises about becoming a "partner" and delivering "solutions" to your business requirements. You will become apathetic and listen to sales reps from other companies that will reach out to you. If you sign up with them to save money, make sure and submit your lease termination on time with Swenson. If you don't, you'll be stuck paying for outdated machines for another full year...
