It seemed there were many sections in shambles when I went to look for a specific item. Perhaps it was that they were recovering from a busy end of year, but it just seemed terribly messy and unorganized.

Not the best nor the worst Xmas target experience - however the staff were in good spirits and made for a less than painful last minute shop.

This review is for all the people who do Drive-Up deliveries to cars. You ALL are AMAZING. Seriously. Every single time the person bringing out my order is kind, friendly, professional and wonderful. I have to use Drive Up often and am always humbled by how considerate and pleasant they are despite it being a difficult job - I have heard from a gf who used to do it. I've had to do returns this way too, even when a new employee wasn't sure how to process it - nothing but patient, professional, and a joy to interact with. Thank you guys so much! Rock star team out here.

Well-stocked, store is organized & clean. Still can't get used to grocery shopping at Target when we go to buy merchandise, though, typically clothing, shoes, housewares, but good selection of grocery staples, beverages, snacks. Not enthusiastic about the produce. Some wilted, not fresh. Changing rooms were in somewhat of a disarray. Cashier was polite. Free parking.

What's to Yelp about? It's a Target, and I like Target. Regular prices for things like milk ($3.49/gallon), eggs ($1.39/doz), and 99¢ pasta and canned products are sale prices anywhere else. What's the problem? The problem, and it's significant, is that their posted prices often do not match what comes up on the register. Those $1.39 eggs? They registered as $1.79 last time I was there. Sales prices for things like toothpaste and cleaning supplies, clearly marked on the shelves, are wrong at the register. If you're supposed to get a $5 gift card for spending $25 on home care, they frequently miss that. I haven't had a single trip in months where there wasn't at least one discrepancy against me; never in my favor. Get the Target app, and scan the barcode on anything you're buying, to see what the register price will be. If it's different from the shelf price, take a picture of the shelf, and show it to the checkout person. They'll correct it for you on the spot, but some other sap will pay the wrong, higher price, because they haven't checked. It's not just wrong, it's illegal. Get it fixed, Target.

I enjoy the store, but I will not buy meats and milks. Each time I shop in the grocery section I always find meat or milk is expired.

I like this store a lot. Only problem i have is I go in for one item and leave with 20! Target is such a great place to shop around in and kill some time. The place has always looked very clean and the staff seems friendly enough. Everything is always in the correct spot and it's very easy to maneuver throughout the store. Plenty of parking outside as well so no problems there. They have a ton of different items to choose from when I need something too. Some people will say this is one of the smaller Targets they've been to though, and I'd agree with that. I can trust this place to have what I need 10/10 times.

Absolutely terrible service at the register, the guy working today may 15th at 7pm was the most terrible employee I’ve ever encountered! Take responsibility and have your employees understand how to talk to customers.

Came in looking for a couple things here and there and to my surprise they have a beef jerky sample! Target? Samples? Since when?!? Count me in! I thought I could only enjoy those luxuries at Costco. Anyways the store was clean and the employees are Nice! The price checker tablet wasn't working and one of the employees observed me struggling with it. He came over on his own and scanned it with his handheld device. Thanks!

I had a Drive-Up order pick-up, which included Tide Laundry Pods (112 count). Upon receiving my order from the Target delivery associate to my vehicle, I noticed I was given the the 63 count Tide container. I immediately told the employee that I ordered 112-count, and she said she could only refund me and could not go inside to get the correct item, even though she told me the inventory showed there were 9 of the correct item in stock. I asked her why she couldn't go inside to get the correct item off the shelf and she told me that "wasn't her job" because she was the delivery person. I asked her if someone else can get the correct item for me and she said "No, no one has time. There are a lot of orders pending." I reminded her that I paid for 119-count Tide and if it's in-stock, I should be able to receive the correct item that I paid for. She told me "If you want the correct one, it's in stock. You can go inside and get it yourself." I told her that someone from Target made he mistake of giving me the wrong item and I just wanted the issue fixed. She rudely told me again to go inside and get it myself. I told her I couldn't go inside because I had 3 young children in my car who didn't have shoes on, and I used the drive up service with the intention of not having to go inside to do my shopping. She repeatedly told me they were busy and she could only refund me. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me I had to go inside because the managers don't come outside to talk to customers. I told her again, I couldn't leave my kids in the car and to please send a manager out to speak with me. As she walked about, she shouted "The world doesn't revolve around you, lady!" Wow, I am disgusted that you hire employees who speaks to customers in this manner, when all I wanted was for the mistake that Target made to be fixed. A few moments later, another female associate came out to tell me that the Tide was refunded and if I wanted the correct item I could go inside to get it myself. I told her why I couldn't go inside (my 3 small kids) and she said the item was refunded. I checked my Target app for the refund, and the online receipt did not show a refund, just the original payment. I told her I would like a receipt to show proof of the refund and she told me if I wanted a receipt, I would have to go inside to get one. Again, I told her I couldn't go inside because my kids didn't have shoes on and I couldn't leave them unattended in the car. I asked her if she could go inside and bring me a receipt and she said "We don't do that. We can't just keep going back and forth to your car." I reminded her that Target created this issue by giving me the wrong item, Target was refusing to give me the correct item and now Target is refusing to provide me with a receipt for the alleged refund. I was very frustrated and confused at the lack of professionalism and lack of regard for customer service. Her solution was - "If you want a receipt for your refund, you can drive your kids home, and come back to get your receipt inside." This female also told me she was "second in charge" and her supervisor would not come out to speak with me because she was busy. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Please explain to me how ANY of this is reasonable? How any of this makes any sense? Target is advertising the convenience of Drive-Up pickup service for contactless shopping, to assist those unable to go inside, yet, when your employees make a mistake, you expect the customer to go inside and resolve the issue?! And you can't even provide me with a receipt to show you returned my money? Both of these employees were rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and I am appalled at the lack of customer service and accountability. I shop at Target multiple times a month - in-store, online and in-person/drive-up orders. I am disgusted at how I was treated and spoken to today. I am disgusted by the staff at Livermore Target.
