If you’re a young adult be prepared to be profiled and watched. Not sure what code 47 means in there headsets but they said it right next to me when i grabbed a cart…They then proceeded to stalk me throughout the entire store. i think i had about 30 stares from employees and were mad when checked out never shopping here again ?

Usually have a great experience with the workers at this Target. I used the fitting rooms for the first time yesterday afternoon. Another person walked out and mentioning the lady working the fitting rooms was rude. Sure enough, immediately she proved that lady right. I even said thank you when leaving and just got a rude look in response. She should look into a job that doesn’t involve costumer service.

Target management can you please train your associates in fitting room to be nice and put smile in their faces because they all look grauchy. Especially the old lady.

I came to return a memory foam pillow that was too hard for my neck and I was unaware the return policy was 90 days rather than 30 as I had assumed, so after days of being carried in my trunk I decided to return it.
What an awful experience I had with Anna at the front desk/returns. This bitter lady came to assist me as it is her job, but it seems she's forgotten that. She comes to me as I say I'm doing a return to which I hear nothing back from this person, she stares at god knows what, as I stand there for her to finally make eye contact with me and I look at her like "so?" And she tells me violently I haven't given her any receipts, any barcode ( which is on the pillow ), and I replied to her, you haven't told me anything, I don't have a receipt, I have the card I bought it with, and woah you have a terrible attitude.
I'm sorry Target, I've worked in customer service before, and in my opinion, I'm not asking for a reverence but a simple, "Hello, how may I help you?" Would have been enough.
It boggles my mind, I have to write this review about someone that could be my mother. Why do I have to provide you a barcode when it's on the package of the pillow, should I scan it for you as well? Last I checked you're the person working here, and quite frankly depends on us, the consumers.
I actually forgot the rest of the stuff I came to buy after that experience and decided to leave and go take my business elsewhere. I come to target because I value the experience they strive for, but if I'm gonna be treated like that, I would go to Walmart instead, maybe I would have payed less.

They never answer their customer service line!!! Tings and rings then just disconnects! It's been like this for at least a year. Who is the manager??

It seemed there were many sections in shambles when I went to look for a specific item. Perhaps it was that they were recovering from a busy end of year, but it just seemed terribly messy and unorganized.

Not the best nor the worst Xmas target experience - however the staff were in good spirits and made for a less than painful last minute shop.

Worst Target I've ever been too and that say's alot since i drive from Hayward!!! every aisle was a mess and there customer service was terrible 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!!
