Store is chaotic, it’s understaffed, and they are sloppy: they typed my address and name wrong for an item they didn’t have in store (so they ordered it online for me, since it’s free shipping this way.) I had to call their customer service to cancel the order and re-place it, since they couldn’t fix the wrong name and address. I would recommend you double check all of their work before they place an order.

Avoid at all cost! Ordered a pair of loafers in 6.5 which the store didn’t have so they ordered online for me. Got the pair after 5 days in different sizes, the left in 6.5 and right in 7. The 7 seems to be a display piece instead of new one. Spoke with the store manager who refused to cover shipping for returns, and showed no sympathy when I said I need to drive 50 mins just to exchange this item and pay the price for someone else’s mistake. What a joke!

I buy lots of SW shoes, or used to! All I needed was to exchange for a half size smaller. The online "helper" told me to go to a store, so I drove the 2 hours to get to it. They had the shoe right there, mine were pristine new, but for some strange corporate reason, they refused to switch! Never ever ever shop here, terrible mismanaged business.

I made return request and leave the shoes in the store and was told that they will deliver show to the ware house , and it takes a month I didn’t get refund. I bought over 20 shoes with with them and finally they forgot send show to ware house.And I call 7 times nobody take care of it.I was told I didn’t rerun the shoes.That’s what they serve are. I feel so frustratedAnd feel so bad.

I bought a pair of the Norah Chelsea boots in black and I LOVE them, they are by far the best shoe purchase I’ve ever made. I love them so much I wore them constantly and the sole ended up breaking down. I brought them in to this outlet and Ophelia was able to help me get them replaced because they were under warranty and she accommodated the original price. Huge thank you to her! I was so stressed about the process and she made it super easy and quick and was so kind!
