the owner is always so nice and in a great mood despite living in California where they're trying to destroy his business. I'm new to vaping 420 and he has helped me so much in choosing different products. I've been in there at least 5 times now and he's always been absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this shop.

A very friendly proprietor and most helpful. I always buy my weekly lotto tickets here because of the friendly attitude.I especially like the prices for scorch and zico butane torches.I purchased various types for my cigar lighter collection and this shop has the best prices in the Livermore area. I recently mistakenly purchased a zico lighter for twice the price at a different place, than the Smoke and Vape.So, save some money and try this place.Thank you.

Smoke and Vape has to be the best smoke shop that I've seen ever! Their selection is eye popping, their prices are reasonable, and their customer service has always been friendly and professional. This place is truly a gem and I wish that we had something this in the east bay! Anyhow, I will be going here to shop until the. :)
