We had to wait to be let into the locked store. I get it a new day however what is not ok? A sales hog… the team members comes up to me and asks if she can help me I give her my selections and rather then go in the back and check for sizes she goes to the cash wrap and starts ringing up a customer she was already helping. I am standing there with my daughter snd 2 little grandkids. How much patience do you think they can pack? I head out of the store. 2 sales associates in the front doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely ridiculous get it together. The store lost out.

Really arrogant place. We had to queue and wait for a long time even though there were only 3!! customers in the store. It's ridiculously bad service and mega arrogant. They should be ashamed. I don't think they want us to spend money with them. While we waited, several people just chose to move on. They don't want to sell anything.

Sales person named June helped me with some men’s loafer choices. Me being an African American in running shoes lol, I never felt disrespected. Everyone, including June was super sweet, helpful, and professional. I ended up getting some beautiful loafers for a Europe trip. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.

TLDR: Value - Excellent price for luxury goods Service - Excellent Quality of pieces - Excellent Selection - Excellent My visit on 02/15 was my 1st visit to a Ferragamo store, and during this visit, I made my first Ferragamo purchase. Because of my lack of experience with Ferragamo and my lack of experience outlet shopping, I was not expecting to make a luxury purchase. This store has exceeded my expectations of luxury outlet shopping and the Ferragamo brand. I was feeling disappointed after striking out at other luxury brand stores. My husband convinced me to walk into this one, and I'm so thankful I did, as this shopping trip was a Valentine's gift from my husband. I had a wonderful experience. I would like to thank the staff at Ferragamo for making this store a treasure trove. I look forward to my next visit. The store was so beautiful, nicely designed and well-kept. I was delighted to see that there were so many beautiful pieces for me to choose from. It appeared to be almost fully stocked with items. Arzoo, my sales associate, made my visit to the store just perfect. She was lovely. I was hesitant to try on scarves as I really do not want to annoy Sales Associates when I shop by undoing all their work, especially if I decide not to get the pieces I look at. Arzoo was so warm and welcoming and invited me to unfold and try on as many pieces as I liked. I ended up with an exquisite piece that rivals my recent Hermes purchase. After browsing, I fell in love with a purse that just sparked so much joy for me. I was really impressed by how Arzoo was so attentive, but she did not make me feel like she was hovering too close to me or pressuring me in any way. I also appreciate her work ethic. She seemed to be very busy, but not so much that I had to look or wait for her attention. From entry to check out, Arzoo was lovely. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices! I really feel that for luxury goods, the prices are reasonable, and that I got very good value. My husband even felt very good about our purchases. He never feels this way about my Chanel, Hermes, or LV purchases. But, this may be because they don't have outlet stores, and Chanel, Hermes, and LV prices are astronomically high in comparison to what you see at Ferragamo.

Price is good but service is not good. I was interested in buying a compact wallet but it was clearly defective. I asked if they could find a new one, the salesperson just said can't find any and she's can't offer any further discount even though it is defective. Who would want to buy a defective wallet? I'm not buying a disposable wallet.

Decent store that is clean and well organized. The handbag selection seems more limited to seasonal colors and less popular styles. No iconic top handle bags. Associates are not snobby. Ended up getting a wallet for a family member. Only ridiculously thing is they wanted a dime for the bag to put the wallet in- I mean for a luxury store where you spend hundreds of dollars it's rather embarrassing to ask to pay for the bag.

I'm a major purchaser of Ferragamo products. However, I must say this outlet stores policy of making everybody stand outside for one person ratio per sales person, has got to be destroying their business. I've stood outside for 36 minutes, with only two people in line ahead of me. It's cold! I don't think I want to make the drive all the way back here to do this. Definitely not at Christmas season.

Went out of their way to show me one of the most popular bag of 2019. Let me try both the colours, were not at all pushy. Absolutely pleasant and happy working there unlike Gucci people. Was happy to buy a bag and a wallet. Thanks to the sales staff.

Bought shoes during Covid. Rarely wore it cause of the pandemic. The soles cracked so I had it "repaired". They put in the wrong sole and came in, in worse condition (looked all crumpled up). I complained and said I might as well leave it cause I'm not gonna wear it. The Manager (Caroline) told me I can throw it out myself. Never have I experience that kind of attitude, really just disregarded anything i said. Been loyal to the brand when it comes to my shoes, but it might be time to move on after this.

Waste of my time driving out here today!!! Zero men's signature belts in stock! Sales guy giggled and said try next year! Went on line and got my belt a few minutes later! This store has hardly any merchandise! Ugh
