every place that I went to in this outlet mall had friendly staff except this place. I couldnt even get the guy at the, I think it was the jewelry counter, to up and answer my question and when he did he was rude and short like he was bothered. found another staff member same thing short and rude like they were trying to get their closing work done. I left it was extremely disappointing

The checkout lady who’s black in her 20s was extremely rude. She was not in any mood to help me & keen on closing the registers & ignore customers. I urge the customers not to go this store as they give absolutely 0 customer service & you will have to return humiliated. I wish I’ve never gone to this store. I wish could give 0 stars,

Just ordered some shoes from the website and they charged me 7 times for one order, charging me over $600 over my original total. My experience with this company has been absolutely trash, it was incredibly disappointing as this is a higher end store, so my expectations were higher. I would not trust this company with your money or time. They will leave you high and dry and steal your money. DO BETTER

I really regretted entering this store. The Nike sneakers we bought next door were accidentally left here. The door was locked when we found it. We were lucky that there was a clerk inside sorting things out. We asked the black female clerk for help, but she pretended not to notice. When she came to us, she ignored the three people in front of her and kept waving to her. Even though she saw it, she was still indifferent. It was terrible indifference and no kindness. This is not the attitude that "people" and store employees should have. .
