Usually Safeway Deli isn't bad. But on this day in particular they just weren't on point. It was Tuesday the 29th.The usual deli man was making a sandwich and there was a deli lady slicing meats and a runner in the back stacking supplies.They were all busy I'm sure, but they were all oblivious.I don't fault the deli man, he was already with a customer, the runner in the back, but his job isn't to help customers. He'd occasionally stop his task to look at you, but being as English isn't his first language, he couldn't be of help. What he could have done was get the attention of the other lady in deli.As for the deli lady, I know she was busy with the meats, but her job is customer service. She needed to be aware, otherwise her slicing deli meats is for not.I don't know if they were short staffed or what, but their staff needs to be more aware, just like cops or teachers.Having customers waiting around isn't very productive

I have been going to this location for awhile now. They always have inventory of what I want every time I've been here. Occasionally the check-out lines are really long or they don't have some in service, but I generally go during the busiest time so can't fault that. Employees have always been nice to me and haven't had any bad experiences. Place always seems clean to me as well. Never have had a problem with the quality of food I'm purchased, that includes the produce department! Lots of parking outside too. Solid spot!

Making dinner tonight for a family of 12. It's about 1100 so I say, I'll try the Safeway app, then I can order from the warmth of my house and just have it placed in my trunk, sounds great. Placed my order, the earliest pickup window is 3 hours from now, cool, that will work I can get food before I pick up the kids from school. Wait, does that say ready between 2 and 8pm? Um, that's a huge range, if it's ready at 2 then I get it without the kids, if it's ready at 8 then we had to come up with something else to eat. Okay, I'll cancel the order.....well, after 15 minutes on hold I was in my truck driving to Safeway to "calmly" express myself. Luck for them I got a person, they cancelled my order and I went to Albertsons. F*** you very much Safeway.Sorry Dawn, don't know what more to tell you, it was a waste of time that was a pain in the butt to cancel after I figured out it wasn't for me.

the checkers are rude, the store is a mess and I went in today and had to wait in line for a checker. long wait only one person working slowly. I left and went to lucky's and walked out and saved $2.

My husband's favorite store to shop! I actually love Safeway too for all of it's varieties of groceries. Meats and Seafoods are fresh and great quality. My favorite section is The Floral Dept! Always beautiful! There's always a variety of prepared vased florals available as well as singular flowers and plants to choose even for last minute gifting.The cashiers that We have encountered are very helpful professionals that keep their lines moving with ease. We thank them as well as the floor staff. The only problem I have is The Parking Lot Design. The Limited Ability/ Disabled have few convenient spaces to park. I'm on a cane / walker right now. So I can't shop unless it's very early in the morning.

So happy with this Safeway Floral department. I was in a real pinch getting a boutonniere for my daughter's homecoming, the day before the event, and Myrna was so polite and accommodating. She made sure it was finished on time and even called me to make sure I knew it was finished. Also, whenever I go into the store it is stocked, presentable and very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. the customer experience!

This Safeway has to be by far the most filthiest Safeway I have ever been in and that's just what I can see I cannot imagine what the back kitchens look like that I cannot see and it all starts with management also it is kind of hard to shop four things to buy that have no prices on them am I supposed to guess the price??

The other day I absentmindedly left my wallet in my shopping cart and left it in a cart barn. Christina and Brandon in customer services helped me search the carts and I found my wallet!! Thank you so so so much and bless your souls! You have no idea how much stress that saved me :)

Bad experience today smh Deli person working sick admittedly open about it coughing. Wearing a mask but in 2022 this is unacceptable for sick food handlers and poor management.
