They were very busy when I took my truck in to have my air conditioning system checked because it was blowing out hot air. It's been very hot in Livermore and needed to have it fixed. They immediately got me into the queue and promised to get it fixed for me the very next day. They did great, and filled up my system with more Freon. After the weekend, it seems like it was back to blowing hot air again, so I took it back to them and they discovered a small leak in the line, which they fixed for me at no additional cost and send me on my way. I would definitely use them again for services in the future. It's not always easy to find honest and straight forward people in the auto shop business these days. They have good stand up people at this business who are there to service their customers. Well done guys!

I thought I had a parasitic draw on the electrical system of my 07 Trailblazer. I was prepared to pay $1000 to fix it. The people at Ryan's were awesome. They discovered the corrosion washers were interfering with the power from the battery. They only charged me for the time it took to make the discovery. I was out of there for under a $80. It is a relief to know there is a good, honest place to take my vehicle for repairs. I highly recommend them!

I've been coming to these guys for a few years now whenever I or my wife have car issues: a 2009 Toyota Prius, and formerly a 1997 Ford Taurus. They are fast, reliable, and honest. A few times they have done various work that I paid for, and then I asked about other stuff and they spent time checking it out or helped me fix other small stuff and didn't charge for it. They have free WiFi and a comfortable couch where I can do my job while I am waiting for the work (e.g. smog check, oil change, small repairs, whatever). In this time I have observed them being courteous and helpful with all the customers that come in and out. Overall, it's a great find for local folks looking for a mechanic they can trust.
