I called the store to find out if there was an extended return policy during the Christmas season. Response was "check your receipt"! I explained that I didn't buy the item, as I wanted to be sure the recipient had enough time for return. She said that they were short-staffed and would not find out. Firstly, any extended return policy should be basic knowledge known by any sales associate. Secondly, it would not be difficult to quickly ask another associate about the policy. Very poor customer service.

Went there today, there's this lady who works there (short hair w/ highlights, black glasses & blue sweater) she was putting clothes on the racks. I was looking at this sweater and she just stood next to me & starts hanging stuffs. She didn't even say excuse me or anything. She even looked annoyed or something. And So freakin' rude... you could have at least say excuse me!

Wow! This is the most organize, and cleanest Ross I have gone to. I had no issue looking for the things I needed. Well stock of good items not just some random things like other stores. Items weren't on top of each other. You can well see items. I also found a North Face jacket such a good price. They have good selection of hats for man. Great prices on sandals and shoes. Complements to all managers, and all staffs for great job.

I am giving this Ross a 4 star because they had a great selection of clothes and even women's shoes. I found some cute work shirts for 10$ and some summery dresses. I would love if they had a bit more of a "home decor" section but oversell a very clean and well kept store

Today was my very first time to visit Ross location #2050. Right away I was greeted by the Security guy up front who was friendly. Clean shopping carts/baskets inside in the front, clean floors, organized aisle by various sections of gender/sizes/apparels (i.e. top, bottom, etc) so much easier to shop I first took notice when first walking into Ross. I didn't shop for myself, but my daughter needed some cute dresses after we donated some of her old toddler dresses to Savers. Ross had a lot of good quality/selections, cute clothes for less. Fitting rooms located middle of the store was closed for some reason, but did see a sign about using the 2 fitting rooms in front of the store, 5 pieces of clothing max you can only try on at a time. We made 2 trips, but no wait time. There was another mother/grandmother who we spoke briefly. She had a granddaughter about my daughter's age living in Mexico she said. She liked my daughter's rain boots and asked for her size. Sweet lady. It's not often I talk to strangers because most people don't talk to strangers, but when the conversation starts rolling I don't mind participating. I miss the old days. People spoke back then, but now not so much. Check out was interesting. I didn't take notice of multiple "Self Checkout" stands until I was asked to take the "hangers" off of the clothes. Being asked to take off "hangers" I wasn't expecting because I was so used to other clothing stores all doing it for me. But because Ross is offering "Self Checkout" stands makes a lot of sense that YOU (shopper) must take the "hangers" off of each clothing yourself. It's no different than having to pack your pwn groceries at a grocery store when you check out from a self checkout stand. Even at Target one must take off "hangers" off of clothing IF one doesn't want to keep the "hangers" when going through a self checkout stand. Overall, I feel like I had a great shopping experience at Ross store 2050 and the lady up front was kind. Others were frustrated by the same lady because this one family wanted to make a simple "Return" and sounds like the lady didn't tell them which correct line to stand in the first time, but when I looked down the lane in blue print on the floor said something like, "Checkout/Returns." I feel like the lady could have helped this family in front of me with their Returns however she refused to help them. Instead asked this family to get back in line so the husband/father out of frustration lashed out while holding composure at this checkout lady to basically figure out her s**** The family was standing in the correct lane, but yeah - I side with the husband/father too. I think Ross store 2050 could hire better people who actually knows how to help customers with Returns. Will I return to Ross store 2050? Yes, however I need to make sure everything I pay is also in the bag. When I got home, I was missing 1 item worth $4.99. An item called, "U LP SS Oatmeal FO" with a code # 400249192120. Even though I was in a "Self checkout" lane this lady was helping me because some of the clothing had those plastic tag alarm thingy which she had to diffuse.
