The manager Richard Loretto at this location is extremely inconsiderate and the staff has a lot of miscommunication amongst checking people into residence. I am extremely displeased with how they handled the mix-up. My co-worker arrived to the residence and did everything she needed to do in order to check in for a 9 week stay and was rushed out of her room at 6:00 in the , being forced to pack 9 weeks worth of clothing and food and move to another room within a few hours. I travel often for work and this situation was not handled in a positive problem solving professional manner.

It's hard to take a shower because the water pressure is weak.

If you are looking to stay in this area, I would recommend the hotel across the street instead. Housekeeping is very inconsistent, and on one day, the elevator wasn't working. The room is very small for being extended stay and the pool isn't well heated nor are there always towels available.

First of all, when I arrived, it is my experience that the night auditor will require a credit card and identification. U present my driver's license and explain that the company I am working with has submitted a credit card for any and/or all incidental expense that may be incurred. Yet the auditor requests a credit card as if the process is still needed. After a long debate, I still don't understand what charges to my very own credit card are necessary. But I digress.
Secondly, if you walk into a room that reeks of Marijuana stench, don't even try to convince me that a thorough cleaning of the room was even partially completed. I found a bowl inside the cabinet with something that grew its own mold. An the water overflow in the bathroom sink had a mold and scum growth, as well. If someone thinks that the rooms are cleaned to a high standard, then guess again.

Stayed here for a business trip. We had some great issues (we booked nonrefundable on accident) and had to leave early. Jeff, The manager reached out to us and refunded us the days stayed. That’s a five star in my book and I appreciate them working with us.

Clean, big rooms, gym, pool, everything is accessible, including the disabled rooms.
Service is nice, they solved our little problems.
Air conditioning is a bit noisy.

I've stayed here 6 times or more, for 3-6 days each time. Decent hotel, like most modern Residence of this same design. Nice sofas, large fridge, etc. TV channel selection is fairly weak. I will not be returning due to the mattresses. They are completely inadequate for a Marriott hotel. Noticeable sag, not plush or comfortable at all. The owners of this place need to stop lining their pockets and start replacing the mattresses with high quality replacements. Go stay at a new SpringHill and you'll understand.

Located right next to a plethora of restaurants, the outlet mall and many other shopping centers it’s in a great location. The hotel is so nice, clean, spacious and the rooms have a great layout. They also have workout classes and breakfast daily.

Awesome long-term hotel, spent three weeks there. So much food within walking distance, the outlet mall is really nice. Extremely safe and enjoyable place!Nearby activities: Mall, food, things to do very close.Food & drinks: There are lots of great food options. You must try Cali Kid for amazing burgers!

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. They do all they can too help you enjoy your stay.Rooms: I had a long-term stay. So I had a room with a kitchen.All rooms are set up with a workspace if you need it.Nearby activities: Livermore outlet mall is it within walking distance that's.. plenty of places to get. You can either walk to or drive to. Really a convenient location.Safety: Plenty of light and activity most of the day.

I am very pleased with our stay at the Residence Inn. I want to give a shout out to Vincent who checked us in. He did everything a hospitality worker should and more while making sure that we felt welcome. The front desk called our room after we got settled in, to make sure we had everything we needed (this was a nice touch).The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Overall the value received was well worth the cost paid. I would definitely stay here again!Rooms: Spacious, Clean, and excellent.Food & drinks: Full breakfast

Their wall is very thin. You can hear your next door neighbor snoring. Poor service … they don’t provide enough breakfast for customers…. You will not get any food if you come down the last hour. They don’t have anyone there to help you with your need past a certain time. We will never come back to this hotel again ….. I seriously question how they get good ratings on google.
