I was at the store yesterday around 4pm. There was a lady using camera trying on so many pieces on her and spoke to the camera loudly to livestream and sell products at the store. Her voice is so loud i can hear right upon i opened the door. The store person didn’t care and ruin my shopping experiences. I also overheard other clients’s odd feeling and turned away. Rag and bone is a luxury brand and if this is how you are carrying your brand so be it. Will never come back again!!

I bought a jacket and later didn't think it a good fit after going back home. I went back for a return after one week and I was told that the jacket was not returnable even though I was never told about that policy during the purchase. The employee was very arrogant during the communication. I was really disappointed about this store and brand, non-returnable is not an acceptable policy for customers there.

I've gotten some amazing pieces here at amazing prices but also want to give them a shoutout for their amazing customer service! I needed to exchange an item I purchased a few months ago and rather than making me come all the way out to the store (I live in the city) they sent me a shipping label to return the item and then sent me the replacement at no cost. Thank you!

I've gotten some amazing pieces here at amazing prices but also want to give them a shoutout for their amazing customer service! I don't suggest anyone buy any of Rag & Bone products from this store, especially if they don't have it in stock that you need to order it online from the store. I had a super bad experience with this store that I ordered a product from the store because they didn't have the right size in stock. The package has been lost after I've been waiting for a whole month for the shipping. I called this store several times in that month to find out if they can help me to solve this problem. The first thing I've gotten from them is the package has been lost was not their fault, and they don't really want to take the responsibility to help their customers to solve the problem. They always tell me that they are sorry, and will let the manager call me back, but nothing happened. This is how they think about their customers, and I won't buy anything from this store anymore.

Best store in the bay area if you like this Brand. Prices are significantly lower than regular retail stores and i like to go there on Wednesdays ,usually they get more stuff and all sizes are still available. Fernando is very nice and helpful ,if you familiar with this brand and like they're clothing,this is the place to go!

I always have a great experience at rag & bone! The customer service always keeps me coming back. Everytime I visit Anthony makes sure I leave with everything (and more ;)) I originally came in for. He takes the time to suggest outfits that compliment my figure and goes out of his way to check up on me. Genuine service + quality clothing = happy customers. :)

I walked in and one of the workers (blond lady) made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable. This lady was interrogating us for no reason and made herself look rude and unprofessional. I was getting anxiety; it was THAT uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure she's the store manager. No wonder the store has so many company turnovers. Wish this store the best. Edit: Store manager or not, an employee isn't supposed to act with such suspicion.

sales is always nice and the outlet staff is same good service as in the retail location. their leather product is good quality too :)
